  • 摘要
    背景與目的:
      過去的研究顯示強迫症患者可能具有認知功能的缺損,尤其是在選擇性注意力方面的能力。這種缺陷可利用不同的選擇性注意力的認知作業加以探討;並且,過去的學者較少探討非臨床強迫症患者在認知功能上的訊息處理歷程,特別是認知抑制能力(cognition inhibition) ,故本研究使用過去學者較少運用的視覺空間促發作業(visuospatial task)以及史楚普語文作業(Stroop task)探討這群人在選擇性注意力中的認知抑制能力上訊息處理的歷程與運作,並藉由視覺空間促發作業與史楚普語文作業的操弄,來探討強迫症狀與認知抑制之間的關係。

    方法:
      參與者是由成功大學修習普通心理學的學生中取樣350名,以健康性格習慣量表與馬氏強迫症量表進行篩選分成三組:非焦慮控制組30名(控制組)、泛焦慮控制組28名(控制組)及強迫症狀組12名(實驗組)。研究工具為健康性格習慣量表與馬氏強迫症量表,以及視空間促發作業與史楚普語文作業。研究程序為先以健康性格習慣量表與馬氏強迫症量表篩選後,再進一步進行視空間促發的電腦作業與史楚普語文作業,以探討實驗參與者的促發和抑制能力。


    結果:
      研究發現在視空間促發作業方面,強迫症狀組的平均反應時間皆高於非焦慮控制組及泛焦慮控制組的反應時間。在正向促發效果中,三組的反應時間差並無顯著差異,顯示強迫症狀組的促發效應與其他兩組控制相較並無統計上顯著差異;但在負向促發效果中,強迫症狀組的抑制效應顯著低於其他兩組控制組。然而,在史楚普語文作業表現方面,結果發現三組間均無顯著差異存在。

    討論:
      本研究結果與過去文獻的比較,顯示強迫症狀組表現出認知抑制功能減損的現象,且抑制功能缺損與刺激種類和操弄位置呈現的方式有密切關係,也間接推論至具有強迫症狀的一般人在選擇性注意力上潛在的基本認知能力與神經迴路可能的異常。
