材料之種類繁多,產品於設計時,經常需考量材料之熱性質,以規劃熱途徑,而達到隔絕熱擴散或快速散熱之目的。本研究針對材料熱特性之熱傳導係數,建立一量測系統,經實驗及數值分析,進行材料熱傳導係數之預測。實驗部分以一薄膜式加熱片作為熱源,將熱源置於兩待測材料試片間,其間紀錄加熱片之溫度隨時間之變化與其輸出功率。將實驗量測之溫度數據,利用數值分析在不同熱傳導係數下,模擬加熱片之溫度分布。透過實驗結果與模擬之加熱片溫度變化,比較材料於暫態之熱傳行為,而求得其熱傳導係數。本量測系統用於高熱傳導係數之材料,其準確性較熱之不良導體高。
Material properties are essential to product designs. In order to reduce the heat loss or reach a rapid cooling state, it is necessary to put the thought of the thermal properties of materials into consideration. This research addresses the thermal conductivity of materials to build a measurement system. By the experiments and numerical analysis, it brings a prediction about the thermal conductivity of materials. In the experiment, a thin-film heater was been used as a heat source, and recorded the temperature change versus time and the average power output while placing the heater between two testing samples. According to the data from the experiment, the simulation of the temperature of the heaters due to different thermal conductivity results in the thermal conductivity required. Namely the thermal conductivity is obtained by comparing the simulation result and the temperature change of the heaters with the transient conduction from the materials. This system is good for measuring the thermal conductivity of bulk, and the higher values could have the better results.
