近年來社會大眾與政府對文化保存意識日漸提升，使古蹟修復日漸受到重視。古蹟與新建工程不盡相同，一為由有至有一為由無至有，兩者工程屬性不同，使得擬定的管理流程、步驟與觀念有所不同。古蹟修復之品質會隨著業主、建築師、監造者、工地主管、匠師相關人員的專業訓練與觀念而有所差異，使古蹟修復沒有其均質性。修復工程參與者並非全然皆為有相關經驗豐富者，基層人員如修復或再利用報告撰寫者、修復圖說繪圖人員至施工現場管理者經驗不足，便會不斷的重複錯誤，無法從修復過程獲得回饋。
　　本研究藉由文獻回顧法、實例調查法、訪談調查法、歸納與分析法，運用四種分法循序漸進的蒐集資料、分析文件與解析問題，了解過往工作報告書所不足之處，與現場工地常發生之問題，依照界面問題因素，研擬建置界面整合流程比較表，將施工流程計畫與現場施工流程進行對照，以圖說照片記錄施工實況。同時本研究建置之古蹟修復界面管理與衝突整合模式，修復工程進行中會發生可預期與無法預期行為，將其記錄下來，將其界面處理方式回饋給下一工程參與人員減少界面發生。
　　以實際案例台南二中講堂分析設計與施工間界面，經由修復設計、設計圖、施工說明書、監造計畫書與各分項計畫書比對現場施工時差異，記錄修復作業流程與其界面衝突處理方式並整理出修復中較常遇到界面問題發生原因與分析整合模式，藉由案例分析之結果探討界面整合因子，並提出古蹟修復界面整合原則：（1）觀念整合（2）參與人員應專業（3）圖說管理需確實（4）設計修改要及時（5）修復工法要精益求精（6）動態與靜態處理須要落實（7）資訊回饋機制建立，使各相關界面整合可依此模式建置溝通、記錄與回饋使古蹟修復品質提升與確保工期如期完工，最後將能有效的修復古蹟並再利用同時產生文資價值。

SUMMARY

The main purpose of research is find out gap of monuments restoration between design and construction site. So this research is major to analyzed interface integration process of assembly hall in the National Tainan Second Senior High School monument restoration project to analysis interface conflict points of convergence process of design of repair, construction planning and construction site. Finally, propose interface integration principles. This result can improve efficiency construction of monuments restoration, quality of construction and generating cultural value.

INTRODUCTION

In recent years, the public and government awareness of the growing cultural preservation upgrade, so that monuments restoration increasing attention. It has cultural value of history, culture, art, science, which non-monetary can be measured. Then quality ensure will be very important. The monuments and the new architecture are not the same, and both projects different attributes. So the proposed management processes, steps and concepts are different. The quality of monuments restoration will be vary by professional training and concepts of owners, architects, construction supervision, site manager and craftsmen. Then quality of monuments restoration is no stability. The monuments restoration project participants are not entirely relevant experience who are all there. If junior officers such as repairing or re-use report writers, repair drawings drawing workers and the construction site managers lack experience, then they will continue to repeat the error, unable to get back from the repair process.
 
MATERIALS AND METHODS

1.The literature review approach
To collect relevant domestic related literature like interface subject and monuments restoration, including Cultural Heritage Preservation Act , theses, books, journal articles, e-books, seminars and other literature data. Consolidate and analyzed and discussed in this study as a reference.
2.Examples of investigation approach
Participate on Assembly hall in The National Tainan Second Senior High School the main structure restoration project. Analysis than the blueprint, supervision plan, construction plan with construction site the connect point. Well-documented case of all the major monuments restoration project processes and interface integration.
3.Interview survey approach
Found the conflict points by involvement in The National Tainan Second Senior High School's auditorium the main structure restoration project. Interviews with professionals such as architects, construction supervision, site manager, craftsmen their practices and opinions.
4.Induction and analysis approach
To analyzed interface integration of monuments restorations status of the various stages by the literature review approach. And the integration of the interface are summarized and analyzed by examples of investigation approach.
 
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Monuments restoration has its interface management processes, but it still has its conflict points. Summarized monuments restoration interface issue between design and construction by the described of interface issue in Table interface conflict treatment. As follows:

1.Construction plan lacks integrity
2.Construct process of construction site are different with process of construction plan
3.Drawing size are different with construction site
4.Materials and design drawing be differently used by construction site

Among the interface management, there will be some unexpected conflict points. There should know how to make better by coordination, integration and test. Construction plans include labor arrangements, required of construction equipment, materials and job progress. From this interface management is inseparable from the Labor, places, things, and Time the five factors.

Discuss analysis of interface management and results of treatment by literature collection, participation project and access. Listed principles of interface integrate of monuments restoration project. As follows:

3.Management of figure is required
4.Design changes in a timely manner
5.Restoration method to strive excellence
6.The static and dynamic treatment need to implement
7.Information feedback mechanism established

Above principles of monuments restoration, implementing in the monuments restoration project. From the design and plan phase to the final maintenance and management. Restoration concept by architect explain this project. Using figure management does to improve issue of construction plan of contractor. Let monuments restoration project through the interface integration of static and dynamic will fall interface issues to the lowest. Also use information feedback mechanism to provide monuments restoration project reference processes and record data. By the above restoration principle, there will be able to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of construction of monument restoration project.
 
CONCLUSION

Integration discussion and analysis section of the above. This study compilation and analysis by literature, and explore the cultural value of monuments. Build interface integration-process of comparison table and the construction process of actual project of monuments restoration project. Finally, propose principles of interface integration of monuments restoration project. Then can get the following conclusions:

1.The bad communication reasons between monuments restoration of design and construction site.
2.Parsing process of interface integration of monuments restoration project, then propose principles of interface integration.
3.Recording data of the project by forms and available for subsequent reference to the use of monuments restoration project.

Completely plans and construction drawings will effectively reduce the interface of construction, thereby reducing construction costs and enhancing efficiency and quality of construction. Finally, we can effectively repair and reuse monuments while generating cultural value.
