在日常生活中,環境品質多數取決於人類行為模式,單純致力於發展綠色技術並不會導致永續行為。以經濟手段驅策永續行為已被眾多研究文獻所關注,然而,試圖藉由產品設計促進永續行為的研究,截至最近幾年才顯見多樣性的具體論述。目前永續行為設計研究領域,已經開始倡議從瞭解影響永續行為的心理因素著手,是有效制定永續行為設計策略的最佳途徑與方法。
本研究旨在建立以目標導向行為模式的永續行為設計架構,提出考慮心理因素的永續行為設計策略與準則,並且結合永續行為實務設計偏好,充實目前永續行為設計研究領域的缺口,以利設計者具體實現促進永續行為的設計意圖。本研究依據相關研究文獻,假設認為若要藉由設計促進永續行為,需要先從瞭解影響永續行為意圖的欲望、過去行為頻率、態度、正負面預期情緒、主觀規範與知覺行為控制等心理因素著手,再導入對應心理因素的永續行為設計策略與準則,以及考量影響永續行為的實務設計偏好,才能充實目前永續行為設計領域中並未深入研究的缺口。
本研究依據提出的永續行為設計架構,以家電產品為實證研究對象。經由問卷調查方式蒐集所需資料,再利用結構方程模式與描述性統計方法檢驗假設與資料。分析調查資料顯示,家電節能行為意圖受到欲望、過去行為頻率、態度、正面預期情緒與知覺行為控制等心理因素的影響。依據此結果,導入本研究提出的永續行為設計策略與準則,再結合問卷調查得知的家電節能行為實務設計偏好,從而形成有效的家電節能行為設計建議,有助於設計者創造促進節能行為的家電產品。
The objective of this study is to establish design for sustainable behavior (DfSB) framework for goal-oriented behavior patterns, proposing the strategies and guidelines in sustainable design that takes account of psychological factors. It also combines the design preference for sustainable behavior practice, and fills the gap in the field of study regarding design for sustainable behavior. These are done to help designers to implement their design ideas in promoting sustainable behavior.
A case study research of design for household appliance energy-saving behavior has been conducted. The essential data collected through questionnaire and their hypothesis and data are analyzed by using structural equation modeling and descriptive statistics. Based on the research results, with the introduction of the sustainable design strategies and guidelines proposed in this study, combined with appliance energy-saving practice of design preference obtained from questionnaire, we can formulate the effective design proposals for appliances energy-saving behavior. This is also helpful for designer to create the appliances that can promote energy-saving behavior.
