在國家經濟發展中,營造產業占有相當重要的比例,涵蓋交通設施、國防建設、農業工業、水利興建或是與民間所居住的房屋等基礎經濟建設皆與營造業密不可分。營造產業的上下游範疇廣泛,可帶動上下游產業之間的需求及發展,創造就業機會。而近年來營造業正面臨缺工以及原物料上漲等問題,在缺工及原物料上漲危機,加上競爭激烈的市場環境下,營造廠如何與客戶及協力廠商協作共創價值。因此本研究以「H營造公司」為研究個案,其業務範圍涵蓋廠房新建,包含工程監督管理與規劃等服務,各工程專案所需政府及民間單位協調、跨廠商之協商溝通相當多元,需耗費許多時間與人力安排調配。也因此本研究適合以價值共創的理論觀點來探討個案H營造公司如何與利害關係人協作共創價值。
本研究採用質性研究方法的單一個案研究法,以「H營造公司」為個案研究對象,透過「價值共創」以及「利害關係人」理論探討營造公司的價值共創模式,採用理論結合實務的對話方式,藉由訪談資料收集之過程來研究營造公司與客戶、協力廠商進行互動與協作在工程專案中,如何與利害關係人,包含客戶、協力廠商、政府相關單位等共同協作進行價值共創的過程。
根據本研究結果發現,營造業是整合工程技術與勞力密集的產業,工程專案的生產過程繁瑣且所對應的單位與職務範圍廣泛,包含政府相關單位以及眾多的協力廠商等利害關係人, H營造公司除了須充分運用公司內部的工程知識與實際工程經驗,協調各協力廠商進行共同合作,還需將內外部的資源進行整合,讓工程中每一項資源及技術發揮最大的效益。透過價值共創的四大原則:利誘、尊重、互動與支援,加上彼此在互動過程中,建立的信任感及共同合作下,凝聚利害關係人的向心力而達成共同目標。
In the development of a nation's economy, the construction industry holds a significant proportion. The construction industry is closely intertwined with these fundamental economic developments. With a broad range of upstream and downstream sectors, it can drive demand and development among these industries and create employment opportunities. However, in recent years, the construction industry has been facing challenges such as labor shortages and rising material costs. Under the dual pressures of these issues and a highly competitive market environment, construction companies must collaborate with clients and subcontractors to co-create value. Therefore, this study focuses on "H Construction Company" as a case study. The company’s business scope includes the construction of new factory buildings, encompassing services such as project supervision, management, and planning. The coordination with government and private entities and negotiation with cross-company partners for each project are diverse, requiring significant time and manpower for arrangement and deployment. Hence, this study is suitable for exploring how H Construction Company collaborates with stakeholders to co-create value from the perspective of value co-creation theory.
This study employs a qualitative single case study method, using "H Construction Company" as the case study subject. Through the theories of "value co-creation" and "stakeholders," it explores the value co-creation model of the construction company.
According to the findings of this study, the construction industry is an integration of engineering technology and labor-intensive operations. The production process of engineering projects is intricate and involves a wide range of units and roles, including relevant government units and numerous subcontractors. H Construction Company not only needs to fully utilize internal engineering knowledge and practical experience to coordinate with various subcontractors but also needs to integrate both internal and external resources to maximize the effectiveness of each resource and technology in the project. Through the four principles of value co-creation—entice, respect, interaction, and support—and the establishment of trust and mutual cooperation during the interaction process, stakeholders' cohesion is enhanced, thereby achieving common goals.
