現今工作者知識水準提高、環境變遷快速與對生活品質的重視等等,這些因素都會讓工作者對工作的意義不再只重視在金錢或福利等外在滿意。個人生涯管理乃是個人在對自己的生涯目標的了解與實踐,而組織生涯管理則企圖能夠結合個人生涯目標與組織的目標,來達成雙贏。如果雙方面能夠妥善結合,員工會因組織能給予之生涯規劃與自己期望相符合而得到滿足與承諾,組織也能得到員工優異的績效而有所進步。本研究乃是調查北區國稅局台北縣分局之員工,其員工基本的背景變數對個人生涯管理與組織生涯管理之影響與生涯管理和組織生涯管理對員工之工作滿意是否有影響。
北區國稅局台北縣分局總員工數為177 人,回收有效問卷136 份,並以統計方法來探討各變數之間的關連性,茲將本研究之結果條列如下所示:
1. 人口統計變數中只有婚姻為影響個人生涯管理之重要因子,其他因子不對個人生涯管理與組織生涯管理做影響。
2. 個人生涯管理中,個人生涯規畫為影響內在滿意、外在滿意與總體滿意之重要因子,而生涯策略則為影響外在滿意與總體滿意之重要因子。
3. 組織生涯管理中,生涯資訊提供不對內在滿意、外在滿意與總體滿意造成影響,人力資源提供為影響內在滿意、外在滿意與總體滿意之重要變數,生涯諮商提供
不對內在滿意、外在滿意與總體滿意造成影響。
4. 個人生涯管理與組織生涯管理之配合為內在滿意、外在滿意與總體滿意之重要變數。
Since the quick environment change, the higher average educational level of workers and the emphasis on the quality of life, workers nowadays do not only place importance on external satisfaction such as salary and welfare. Personal career plan management is for individual to realize personal career goal and put it into practice. However, organizational career plan management attempts to integrate personal career goal and organizational career goal to reach the win-win situation. If two sides could integrate properly, employees would gain satisfaction and commitment as organizational career plan tallies with their expectation. At the same time, organization could make progress because of the great achievements of employees. The objects of this research are employees of Taipei County
Branch, National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province, Ministry of Finance.
The goals of this research are: the influence of employees’ basic background on personal
career plan and organizational career plan, the influence of personal and organizational
career plan management on employees’ working satisfaction.
The total number of employees in Taipei County Branch, National Tax Administration of Northern Taiwan Province, Ministry of Finance is 177, and there are 136 valid responses.
After analyzing the correlation among all variables by statistical methods, the significant
results are:
1. Among all demographical variables, the only significant variable to personal career planning is marriage. Other variables have no significant effect on neither personal nor organizational career planning.
2. In personal career plan management, personal career plan is an important factor to internal, external, and overall satisfaction, and career strategy is an important factor to external and overall satisfaction.
3. In organizational career plan management, providing career plan information and consultation do not affect internal, external, and overall satisfaction. However, providing human resource is an essential factor to internal, external, and overall satisfaction.
4. The integration of personal and organizational career plan management is a significant factor to internal, external, and overall satisfaction.
