海洋運輸佔了目前世界80%以上的貨運量，2019年底爆發了新冠肺炎疫情後，隔年疫情開始大規模擴散，染疫人數驟增導致全球各行各業都受到巨大的衝擊，運輸業方面，疫情初期由於交通運輸全數停擺導致損失慘重，沒想到中期開始，由於民生需求高漲，運輸人力短缺造成的供應鏈斷鏈危機反而讓運價節節飆升，全球航商相對的也獲得了巨額的利潤，創造了貨櫃航運前所未有的榮景。
本研究目的在於探討影響貨櫃航商持續獲利的關鍵因素為何，首先透過專家問卷的蒐集與分析，藉由DEMATEL法找出各構面準則間交互影響的因果關係，再利用AHP和ANP法得到各準則的權重與優先順序，比較AHP和ANP的分析結果差異後發現，供應鏈斷鏈的權重在ANP中遠遠大於在AHP中的權重；是否加入聯盟與聯盟效能、限硫令等因素的權重在ANP結果中亦略微提升，而航商船隊規模與運能和壓載水公約的權重在ANP中都較AHP中略為降低。另外，透過四位專家的深入訪談來驗證本研究之結果，並針對疫情期間航商的營運因應策略進行討論，訪談後專家們認為市場供需對獲利的影響佔比至少為60%，且疫情時更會提高到80~90%，與本研究AHP權重0.65964和ANP權重0.67520重要性一致；第二重要的為是否加入聯盟與聯盟效能(在航商規模主準則下)；至於其餘的因素會依照不同航商的營運策略而有不同的權重。

This study wants to find what are the key factors that affect continued profitability of shipping company. We use DEMATEL method to find the causal relationship between all interactive criterion and use AHP and ANP method to get the weight and priority of each criterion. After verifying the result of this study through depth interviews with four experts, we get conclusions that the impact of market supply and demand on profits is at least 60% and will increase to 80-90% during the epidemic. This result is also consistent with the AHP weight of 0.65964 and ANP weight of 0.67520. The second most important is whether to join the alliance or not and the alliance efficiency (under the main criterion of shipping company scale). As for the rest factors, they will have different weights according to the different company’s operational strategies.
