With the rapid growth of e-commerce, supplier-dealer marketing channels have changed and become more important. However, most research concerning these marketing channel relationships have focused on the U.S and European countries. This study expands on previous research by examining mobile dealers in Taiwan and the effects of e-service quality on relationship quality and dealer satisfaction. In addition, the moderating effects of channel power on relationship quality and dealer satisfaction were also examined. Empirical data was analyzed by LISREL 8.70 and the results indicated that e-service quality has a positive effect on relationship quality which in turn has a positive effect on dealer satisfaction. Furthermore, this study also found that non-coercive power had a significant moderating effect on relationship quality and dealer satisfaction, but coercive power did not. The results of our analysis implied that dealers are more tolerant to coercive power in Taiwan, which is also a reflection of the culture differences between Taiwan and Western countries.
