  • 摘要
    人類的文明,經濟的發展,用電容量需求逐年攀升。地球資源有限,而大量的開採及使用石化能源,又造成二氧化碳等溫室效應,產生嚴重的氣候變遷,空氣品質變差等惡性循環,鞏固我們的生態環境,節能減碳在當前有著必要性及迫切性。
    依據國際能源署(IEA)統計,全球照明一年平均用電2651TWh,約佔所有用電19%,比重很高。深究其中很多是不當使用,或者是方法不盡理想因而造成能源浪費,同時也發現在照明技術上也必須有更進步的改善和提升,節能才能有真正顯著的成效。
    本文討論節能改善,使用準確性Arduino微晶片控制PWM調光的方法,以可調定電流源IC構成定電流電路,低損耗的NMOS切換開關,完成LED照明調光電路。經實測LED照明調光電路電源效率依所需調光比例可達83%~95%之間。LED照明調光電路,可降低能源消耗,達成節能目的。在不減低照明品質需求的同時,可降低用電量,節省能源。可適合應用在工廠、辦公室及電子廠等室內照明。

    Abstract
    Civilization and industrial developments lead to increasing demand for electricity capacity year after year. The earth’s resources are limited and excess exploitation and use of fossil energy causes a great deal of carbon dioxide emission and the greenhouse effect, which results in severe climate change, air quality deterioration and other vicious cycle. Therefore, how to sustain our environment, conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions are necessary and urgent now.
    According to the international Energy Agency(IEA)statistical information, average global electricity consumption is 2651TWh a year. This is about 19 percent of the total electricity consumption, which is a large proportion. Much of the consumption is used improperly or wrongly and thus wastes the energy. On the other hand, in order to conserve energy effectively, lighting technology must be more advanced and improved.
    This paper discusses LED lighting dimmer. The dimmer using Arduino Microcontroller generates PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)method and an adjustable linear regulator constitutes a constant current circuit and a MOS switch. The design makes an LED lighting dimmer circuit. The actual test efficiency of the power supply circuit is . The LED lighting dimmer circuits help to reduce electricity consumption without lowering the quality of lighting. This dimmer is suitable for lighting in electronics factories, Fabs, offices and other indoor premises.
