由於近幾年來兩岸三地鋼鐵業蓬勃發展,積極擴充建廠以佔有市場,如何快速建置ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)於投產時順利配合上線以提昇生產、品質效率及經營績效,便是各鋼鐵業所期望的目標。然而擴廠期間以擴建為主,根本無暇配合資訊部門作需求分析,資訊部門亦無鍍面鋼品ERP開發遵循標準,ERP倉促上線後,亦無維持整體ERP持續運轉之機制以提升企業營運績效,這是資訊部門兩個非常重要課題,缺一不可,才能脫離救火隊之窘境。
有鑑於此,藉由過去的實務經驗,結合ITSM(Information Technology Service Management,資訊技術服務管理)模型觀念與ERP整合將更適用提供鍍面鋼品ERP建置及維持運轉之標準規範,作為鍍面鋼品ERP建置開發及長期運作管理之藍本。因此本論文提出一新的適用於鍍面鋼品業整合式ERP及ITSM參考模型,以使ERP快速建置及高效率、高品質穩定運轉,並提昇資訊部門在企業之核心價值。
本論文內容涵蓋ITSM模型與知識框架介紹、鍍面鋼品製造流程與用途、鍍面鋼品ERP及ITSM參考模型介紹、鍍面鋼品ERP整體架構及建置程序、鍍面鋼品ERP及ITSM實例探討等,針對以上作詳細說明及實務案例探討。
Due to the booming steel industry across the Taiwan Strait in recent years, all competitors are eager to extend and share the steel market. As a result, constructing ERP system rapidly to enhance production and efficiency after a new company is established becomes a critical issue. However, new companies focus on building the infrastructure during the period of establishment and have less time to work with IT departments to do the analysis for ERP construction. Meanwhile, IT persons have less knowledge of developing ERP system applied to coated steel products and ERP system is forced to be implemented hurriedly. Consequently, ERP system does not perform well to help the enterprise streamline processes. Getting the information of domain-know-how in this industry and implement ERP successfully is quite crucial issue for IT departments, keeping IT departments from being the role of rescue teams for implementing new systems in new companies.
Therefore, integrating ITSM concepts with ERP gives the standard steps and processes for developing ERP applied to coated steel products. From doing this, it provides a principle for long-term construction and management. This thesis states a new concept that is applied to implementing integrated ERP and ITSM reference model for coated steel products to speed up ERP implementation and improve efficiency. That would really strengthen the core value of IT department in the enterprise.
This thesis covers the topics that include ITSM modules, the introduction of knowledge framework, ERP frames and implementation in coated steel, the introduction of ITSM modules, and ITSM practices search as well. All the concepts will be presented in the following statements and researches
