線上學習風氣的盛行,使得網路教學機制(e-Learning)成為一個網路應用的發展趨勢,讓學習者可以在網路上獲得數位學習課程的資源;除了主題性為主的學習課程之外,學習者相互間討論的心得也是很好的輔助性資源。
就教育領域而言,部落格運用了強大的社群力量,讓學習者可以透過部落格的社群討論空間,將學習的心得和見解發表在部落格上,讓網路學習機制和部落格做整合,成為一個輔助性的學習資訊的來源。部落格的興起帶動了RSS的發展,所以透過RSS的功能,可以將部落格的功能擴張,讓部落格成為一個有效率的出版工具。在網路的學習環境下,除了正規的e-Learning教學平台之外,更重要的是要有參予討論的方式,使部落格變成以學習社群為導向一個平台。
本論文以C# .NET為開發工具,建構一個部落格的系統平台,讓學習者有一個溝通、討論及發表文章的平台,系統可產生格式為XML的部落格文章的RSS聚合文件供訂閱,未來更可透過RSS聚集器來匯集RSS種子(RSS Feed),透過相關的演算法彙整出有意義的學習資料,作為輔助數位學習機制的資源。
With the popularity of the Internet, the Internet learning mechanism (e-Learning) has become a development trend of Internet applications. Learners can find many digital learning resources on the Internet. Except for the course materials of the main subjects, the contents that the learner discusses each other are very good auxiliary resources too.
With regards to the educational field, the Blog has the strong community strength. Learners can publish the reports about what they have learned and their opinions on the Blog. It will provide supplementary information for learning when combined with the Internet learning mechanism. The Blog has promoted the development of RSS. We can expand the functions of the Blog by RSS and let the Blog become an efficiency tool to publish. Besides the regular e-Learning teaching platform, the most important thing is the way to discuss how to make the Blog become a platform of the learning community.
This thesis is developed by C# .NET. The system platform of Blog allows learners to have a platform to communicate, discuss and publish. The system can produce the RSS documents in XML format and someone can subscribe to it. In the future, we can use the RSS Aggregate to aggregate the RSS feeds and also use the algorithm to produce the information for meaningful learning and the resources for a digital learning mechanism.
