  • 隨著全球暖化,氣候變遷造成的衝擊,讓各國政府籲企業更加重視減碳的迫切性。為了在2050年前達成淨零碳排放的目標,能源轉型成為了不可或缺的關鍵任務。在這波能源轉型的趨勢下,儲能系統扮演至關重要的角色。未來大量再生能源併入電網會造成供電不穩定,儲能系統能透過調節充放電平衡電網頻率,成為穩定電網的關鍵解決方案。然而,單仰賴單一儲能企業無法獨立完成能源轉型這個艱鉅任務,因此與政府單位、企業用戶以及社會大眾等多方利害關係人的協作變得至關重要。透過與多利害關係人的溝通、協作,共同解決問題,才能創造符合不同需求的儲能系統設備,除了使儲能產業擴大發展,也推動整個能源產業轉型。
    故本文透過個案台泥儲能與多利害關係人共同協作符合社會需求儲能系統設備,從儲能企業與政府單位、企業用戶端及社會民眾協作的過程中了解儲能系統建置實務現況,以「價值共創」理論基礎觀點,深入瞭解儲能系統建置過程,並進一步探究儲能企業透過共創機制:換位思考的協商、互動溝通、資源整合、資訊透明且可獲取,促使其他利害關係人參與價值共創,最後打造出一個能夠為儲能企業端帶來獲利,同時也能解決社會問題,創造出經濟與社會雙贏的局面,創造更大的「共享價值」。
    本文研究在理論上建構出以儲能企業為首的價值共創過程,並呈現透過價值共創發揮集體影響力,進而提高共享價值;實務上則可帶給未來是新興產業的儲能產業新的合作模式發展方向模範。

    With the impact of climate change caused by global warming, governments around the world are urging businesses to pay more attention to the urgency of reducing carbon emissions. In order to achieve the goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2050, energy transition has become an indispensable key task. Under this trend of energy transition, energy storage systems play a crucial role. Energy storage systems balance grid frequency by regulating charging and discharging, becoming a key solution to stabilize the grid. However, relying solely on a single energy storage company cannot independently accomplish the challenging task of energy transition.
    Therefore, this study explores the collaboration of TCC Energy Storage Technology Company with stakeholders such as government agencies, corporate users, and the public in energy storage cases. Based on the theory of "value co-creation," it delves into the process of establishing energy storage systems, further studying how energy storage companies attract other stakeholders to participate in value co-creation through negotiation, interactive communication, resource integration, transparency, and easily accessible information. This ultimately leads to creating a situation that brings profits to energy storage companies while also addressing social issues, creating an economic and social win-win situation, and generating greater "shared value." It provides a new direction for the development of cooperation models in the emerging energy storage industry for the future.
