本文所呈獻的是經由校舍建築現地靜態單向側推試驗,得知利用RC(reinforced concrete)擴柱補強窗台柱後之成效,其中囊括補強設計與施工細則。由試驗結果顯示,在施工品管完善使得新、舊構材連結良好且力量傳遞連續的前提下,校舍之窗台柱經由RC擴柱補強能有效提升強度、韌性及能量消散量等耐震性能,並符合規範需求,且將原樣試體之剪力破壞模式改善為撓剪破壞,為國內中低樓層校舍結構補強中,一經濟有效的可行方案;隨後將試驗試體進行推垮分析及耐震評估,不但得到與試驗結果行為吻合之分析容量曲線,並且建立了一套合理、可靠的耐震評估方法。
This study presents the effectiveness of school building retrofitted by RC jacketing system at its columns near by windowsills. It includes details of methods of design and construction. The building was tested by monotonic static pushover. The test results show that, if the new material perfectly bonded with old one, the retrofitted building is superior to the prototype in seismic resistance and it meets the requirement of seismic codes. In addition, it improves failure mode of retrofitted columns from shear failure of prototype to flexure-shear failure. It could be one of feasible method on cost and seismic resistance effectiveness for retrofitting low-rise school buildings in Taiwan.
The pushover analysis and seismic evaluation of test specimens are also proposed in this study. The capacity curves of pushover analysis not only coincide with the test curves, but the method of seismic evaluation is also reasonable.
