  • 連鎖加盟事業在台灣是熱門行業,其中又以連鎖式便利商店為代表,如何在高度競爭的環境中求取生存,已不再是積極擴大資本支出就能夠取得有效決解方案的,各方關切的重點,便在於提高加盟主的工作滿意度,唯有加盟主獲得較高的工作滿意下,加盟事業方能有效的維繫,這樣的責任,會落在於門市店輔導專員(區顧問)上,因為加盟總部與門市店溝通的橋梁就是區顧問(OFC)。
    本研究以台灣地區的7-ELEVEn®為對象,選定位於雲林、嘉義、台南縣市及高雄縣750家門市店為研究的樣本,研究目的藉由探討區顧問的轉換型領導風格及內部行銷,對提升加盟主的工作滿意度上的影響。研究結果發現:轉換型領導風格對加盟主工作滿意度有顯著的影響,其中又以精神上的鼓勵,對提升加盟主工作滿意度關係最為顯著。
    2. 內部行銷對加盟主工作滿意度有顯著的影響,其中又以內部溝通、人力支援管理措施及外部溝通,對提升加盟主的工作滿意度關係最為顯著。
    3. 轉換型領導風格對內部行銷有顯著的影響。
    因此建議連鎖式便利商店在提升加盟主工作滿意度上,可以藉由轉換型領導風格及內部行銷的方式來執行,其中又以精神上的鼓勵、內部溝通、外部溝通及人力支援管理措施等,對提升加盟主的工作滿意度有顯著的支持。

    Due to the rapid development of the franchise industry in Taiwan, the chain convenience store is the most topical of them. How to survive in the high competitive environment, is not positive expending the capital which can solve the question. The key point is to make sure the franchisees have high degree of job satisfaction. That will keep the Industry to go on and on. This kind of responsibility is depending on the consultant of the convenience store. Who is the key man in the industry.
    This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership and internal marketing on job satisfaction by using of a case study of the 7-11’s franchisees in Taiwan. As the sample selected included 750 7-11’s stores in the regions of Chai-yi, Yun Lin, Tainan and Kaohsjung, some suggestions will be made for management in this field according to the study results as following.
    1. Transformation leadership is likely to have significantly positive influence on job satisfaction. Especially the spiritual motivation of transformation leadership apparently can increase the job satisfaction.
    2. Internal marketing has significantly effect on job satisfaction. Especially the Internal communication, external communication and human resource management and control of internal marketing have strongly effect on job satisfaction.
    3. Transformation leadership has the significant effect on internal marketing.
    As results using Transformation leadership and Internal marketing can enhance the job satisfaction of the frenchisee. Especially the.spiritual motivation, internal communication, external communication and human resource management and control .
