台灣高速鐵路的建設已經完工,於2007年正式邁向一個新的紀元,台灣本島將因此提增更多的商機與工作機會,但高速鐵路亦連帶產生噪音和振動問題,近年來,在世界各地的環保意識都逐漸加大,在土木和運輸工程建設的過程中環境影響評估也越來越重要。
本實驗主要尋找振動在地表的衰減關係,先以位於台南科學園區的台灣高速鐵路測量出列車引發的地表振動,宏觀來看,振動的傳遞尚牽涉到橋樑構造和土質、地表狀況等複雜的問題,而現地量測實驗則是針對高鐵振動所表現出來的結果做一指標,再套以推論的衰減行為公式驗證振動衰減問題。
最後可求得一公式,利用車速、波速、還有其餘相關數值可以求得連續震波於傳遞一段距離後的衰減結果。
The construction of the Taiwan high-speed railway has already been completed, and has marched toward a new era formally 2007. Thus, Taiwan will increase more businesses and working opportunity; however, it may produce noise and vibration that will cause problem for people or high-tech industries. Recently, strengthen issue gradually in the environmental consciousness from all parts of the world, and environmental impact assessment is more and more important in the course of building and transportation engineering construction.
This study used the field experiment to find the decay relation of vibration in the ground surface. The experiments were performed by measuring the vibration of the high-speed railway in the Tainan science park. Since the filed including bridges and soils are complicated, it is not easy to obtain a simple way to generate an accurate vibration decay formulation. Using the experiment to makes an indicator to the result of vibration reduction seems to be a best method.
