本論文以探討複層公共空間的形塑為主軸,藉由整合不同系統間的流動狀態,讓不同使用族群產生互動與連結,並在都市基盤中創造新的公共空間及社交模式。
首先,本研究以都市環境及建築空間兩種不同的尺度去觀察現代社會中的流動狀態,透過整合都市尺度中三種不同的交通系統,高架橋系統、徒步區系統、大眾運輸系統,去思考其各自於複層空間中的使用狀態和行為模式,並藉由分析流動型態和使用族群將其轉化為建築尺度中的空間規劃系統,分別為分流管制系統、高層變化系統、空間轉換系統。
透過流動系統的整合及轉化,外部環境與內部空間在相互銜接的過程中打破了都市與建築之間既存的邊界範圍,並在複層空間中塑造出更加符合使用者需求的彈性空間和互動交流界面。
本研究最後是以洛陽停車場的規劃去示範流動系統在複層空間中的應用狀態,透過轉換內部空間、連結外部環境和設置分流路徑,在都市中創造新形態的空間使用模式,並透過複層空間的塑造,讓封閉的都市界面重新產生流動,帶動公共與社交的擴張與滲透。
This thesis focuses on shaping the urban infrastructure of multi-level open spaces by integrating the mobility between different systems to create new public and social infrastructure with better interactions and connections.
Firstly, this study focuses on mobility in modern society at two scales: the urban environment and the architecture space. By integrating three transportation systems at the urban scale, including the viaduct system, the pedestrian zone system, and the mass transit system, the study explores respective usage and behavioral patterns in the urban infrastructure of multi-level spaces. This research converts mobilities and uses patterns into spatial flow planning systems at the architectural scale: the flowing, level-changing, and transitional systems.
The flow planning systems will further break down the physical boundaries between the urban environment and buildings in linking the external and internal space, creating flexible spaces and interactive communication interfaces, and responding to users' needs within the multi-level space.
The study concludes with the redesign of Luoyang parking lot, demonstrating the transformation and application of previous research of flow planning systems. New openings, courtyards, paths, sectional relations, blurred boundaries, and transition spaces engage bodies with new mobility and flow, creating new spatial types of urban infrastructure with public spaces and social interactions.
