由於近年來國軍推行精實案及精進案,民國九十三年到九十五年實施第一階段精簡,未來還有第二波人員的精簡。
組織人員精減,在總工作量沒有減少的情況之下,所面臨的課題是平均工作量增加,壓力變大,影響工作滿意度,可能導致組織效能降低,為了在人員精減下卻能維持組織績效,甚至提昇人員工作效率,以及提高組織績效,讓組織人員具有良好的工作滿意度變得非常重要。
本研究主要從人格特質、組織承諾及工作家庭衝突等面向,利用SPSS統計軟體分析,實際與工作滿意度的關聯性。研究結果發現:
一、不同人格特質對於工作家庭衝突有不同影響;
二、不同人格特質會影響組織承諾;
三、不同人格特質會影響工作滿意度;
四、工作家庭衝突對組織承諾有負向影響;
五、工作家庭衝突對工作滿意度沒有關係;
六、組織承諾對工作滿意度有正向影響;
七、工作-家庭衝突對人格特質與組織承諾、工作滿意度沒有中介效
果。
Based on improving program in recent years, the number of organization staff of armed force will be reduced in the future.
Under the situation, the total work loading was not reduced, and the staff’s average work loading will increace. When the staff’s work loading becomes great, they percept more pressure, and that will influence job satisfaction, further that may lead to organization efficiency be reduced. In order to promote staff's working efficiency, the goal of this study was to understand the relation between staff’s personality traits, work-family's conflict, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. We discussed how to promote the job satisfaction, and then we hope to increase the efficiency of organization.
The study sampled the 157 Maintenance Staff in Pingtung Air Force to explore the relation among personality traits, work-family's conflict, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. We used statistical methods to analyze our data with SPSS software. This result of study is found:
1.the personality traits would influence the work-family's
conflict;
2.the personality traits would influence organizational
commitment;
3.the personality traits would influence job satisfaction;
4.the work- family's conflict has negative influence in
organizational commitment;
5.the work- family's conflict wouldn’t influence job
satisfaction;
6.the organization commitment has positive influence in
job satisfaction;
7.the work-family's conflict wasn’t the intermediary
variable between personality traits, organizational
commitment, and job satisfaction.
