本論文研究以深度訪談智慧密集的半導體產業在知識管理實務做法，歸納出雙環路知識管理架構（Double Loop Knowledge Management Model），作為企業推動知識管理實務的良好參考依據。並依據此架構實作一智慧型半導體知識管理系統，輔以企業的關鍵績效指標（Key Performance Index，KPI），驗証此雙環路知識管理架構的有效性。
本研究建構智慧型知識管理系統，運用雙環路知識管理架構建立好組織所需要的知識地圖，將所需要的知識拉進（Pull In），再藉由系統的持續改善機制，有效地將知識管理平台內的文件去蕪存菁。再將知識管理平台的文件與企業的訓練、解決問題、創造活動連結在一起。系統若可以扮演知識擴散及回饋的監督者，系統不再是系統，而是一活化的學習型組織推手。

The thesis research the practice of knowledge management of highly condensed wisdom semiconductor industry，with the conclusion of Double Loop Double Loop Knowledge Management Model。 It’s a good reference for Enterprise to get implementation of knowledge management。With this model, we setup an intelligent knowledge management system, which verify the effectiveness of this double loop knowledge management model by enterprise Key Performance Index（KPI）。
The researty construct an intelligent knowledge management system，by the usage of double loop knowledge model contructing the knowledge map needed by the organization，pull in the pre-define knowledge，then upgrade the knowledge quality by system continuous improvement function。Finally link together with training，problem solving ，knowledge creation of enterprise 。If the system can provide knowledge diffusion and feedback monitor，the system is not a system，but a learning organization director。
