  • 本研究之主要目的在於完成一10 W 級史特靈引擎發電機之設計、製
    造與發電。首先以理論模式完成先期預測與輔助設計,完成零件設計與組裝之後,量測其輸出功率與機械損失。最後,將引擎實際連接發電機發電,以輸出電力。本研究採用Cheng and Yu[24]發展之理論模式,依照實驗量測之操作條件,進行先期模擬比較。本研究設計一直立β 型菱形驅動機構史特靈引擎,包含了細部零件設計。在動力性能量測方面則以一磁力式動力計(Eddy current dynamometer)量測引擎在不同操作參數下之性能曲線;另外,將本研究史特靈引擎裝置於扭力感測器上,另一端裝置直流馬達驅動,測量其機械損失。在發電機方面係採用一外轉子設計之發電機,連結引擎輸出軸,以不同電阻值當作負載,進行不同操作參數下之發電量測。結果顯示,本研究之史特靈引擎,在移氣器長度(Ld)為79.5 mm、再生通道寬度(G)為0.75 mm 與熱端溫度(TH)為1200 K 之操作條件下,理論模式預測輸出功率為12.10 W。實驗量測之性能曲線,引擎最大輸出功為9.48 W;機械損失在2200 rpm 時為0.34 W;發電功率量測最大可達5.92
    W。

    The present study is aimed to develop a miniature 10W Stirling generator with designs, fabrications, and assembly. Firstly, an analytical model is used to give engine a predictions and designs. Secondly, output power and mechanical loss are measured after designing and assembling components of engine. Finally, a generator is connected to the engine for generating electricity.
    The analytical model built by Cheng and Yu [24] in this study is used to give a simulation and comparison under the same operating parameters of performance curve. Then the outlines of fabrications and designs of β type Stirling engine with rhombic drive mechanism are applied.
    An eddy current dynamometer is installed to measure the output power of the engine under different conditions. In addition, mechanical loss of the engine is determined by using a test station combining a torque sensor and a DC motor. Meanwhile, a generator is connected to the Stirling engine for generating electricity by varying value of resistances in the load.
    Results show that for the case with the following parameters:
    The length of displacer Ld=79.5 mm
    Regeneration gap G=0.75 mm
    Hot end temperature TH=1200 K
    The predicted output power by the analytical model is 12.10 W. On the other hand, the measured output power by the dynamometer is 9.48 W with a mechanical loss of 0.34 W measured by test station. More recently, the engine produces electricity of 5.92 W as it is connected to the electric generator.
