本研究旨在探討供應鏈網絡關係與核心資源對協同價值創新合作程度之影響關係,並以台灣醫療保健產業作為研究對象,採取實證分析之方法來加以驗證。旨在探討一個最佳的供應鏈網絡關係與核心資源對協同價值創新合作程度之影響模式。
經由相關文獻與實證研究之探討後,以分析供應鏈網絡關係、核心資源兩者建構出可操作的衡量構面,並將協同價值創新合作程度分成資訊分享,決策同步化,動機一致性三個衡量構面;在企業經營績效則分為財務績效,市場績效及顧客價值績效三個構面來加以衡量。本研究發出250份問卷,回收有效問卷100份,經由因素分析、迴歸分析、Logistic Analysis等統計方法,歸納出幾點實証結論。結果顯示;供應鏈網絡及核心資源會顯著影響協同價值創新合作程度;供應鏈網絡與核心資源對企業經營績效有顯著影響;供應鏈網絡密切與獨特核心資源會有較好的協同價值創新合作程度,且對企業經營績效有顯著影響。

The major subject of this thesis is to investigate the supply chain relationship, strategic resources and the degree of collaboration in value innovation for the health care industry in Taiwan. It aimed examine the relationships between supply chain network, strategic resources, collaborative value innovation and performance.
Based on the literature review and empirical observation, this study used information-sharing scale, decision synchronization and incentive alignment to measure the degree of collaboration in value innovation, and analyzed its impact on financial performance, market performance and customer value performance.
The sampling survey was conducted toward the health care industry in Taiwan. 250 companies answered the questionnaires by mail and the effective respondents were 103. Through by using factor analysis, regression analysis and logistic analysis , the results of this study showed:
1. The supply chain network relationship and strategic resources would impact on the degree of collaboration in value innovation.
2. The supply chain network relationship and strategic resources would impact on firms’ performance.
3. The supply chain network relationship and strategic resources would impact on performance due to the degree of collaboration in value innovation.
