近年來世界各國致力於發展自動駕駛技術,而自動駕駛小巴因具有高機動性和固定行駛路線之特性,使其發展速度相對於其他自動駕駛載具成熟,目前除歐美等國已於不同類型場域進行測試外,我國亦於部份封閉場域舉辦短期的試乘活動。然而由於發展初期,目前有關國人對於自動駕駛小巴態度的瞭解較少,因此本研究欲從需求面出發,探討自動駕駛小巴試乘民眾之需求偏好,以瞭解不同營運類型場域下,其所偏好之營運模式,以及不同社經和旅次特性的試乘民眾對於自動駕駛小巴之偏好。
本研究為瞭解自動駕駛小巴試乘民眾之需求偏好,配合其在國立故宮博物院南部院區舉辦的試乘活動進行問卷調查,問卷中除蒐集受訪者之社經特性和旅次特性等個人基本資料外,另以敘述性偏好法,模擬未來自動駕駛小巴提供故宮南院「園區內」和「高鐵場站間」的接駁服務,並運用多項羅吉特模式和巢式羅吉特模式進行參數校估,建立故宮南院「園區接駁」和「場站接駁」之運具選擇模型。
本研究共取得550份有效之敘述性偏好樣本。「園區接駁」研究結果顯示,路程時間和旅行成本對於試乘民眾的運具選擇具有顯著負向之影響,若未來自動駕駛小巴票價過高將導致其市佔率大幅下滑。而在「場站接駁」部份,路程時間對於試乘民眾的運具選擇具有顯著影響,且不同地區的遊客會因旅行距離的不同,產生運具選擇偏好上的差異,距離較近的南部遊客,更加期待享受自動駕駛小巴的慢速接駁服務。
Self-driving shuttle bus is being tested in countries around the world. This study aims to understand the passengers’ preferences of self-driving shuttle bus, including their preferred mode of operation in the different types of fields, and the preferences of passengers that in different socio-economic characteristics and trip characteristics. To understand the passengers’ preferences of the self-driving shuttle bus, the study conducted a questionnaire survey by test-ride activity in Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum. The questionnaire collected the personal information such as the socio-economic characteristics and trip characteristics of the respondents, and used stated preference (SP) to simulate self-driving shuttle bus provides the services in the park and between high-speed rail station in the future. Then use multinomial logit model (MNL) and nested logit model (NL) to calibrate the parameters and establish the mode choice model of two fields. A total of 550 valid stated preference samples were obtained in this study. “The park shuttle model” show that, travel time and travel cost have a significant impact on the mode choice for the people. When the fare of self-driving shuttle bus is too high in the future, its market share will decline sharply. And “The station shuttle model” show that, travel time has a significant impact on the mode choice for the people. Southern tourists are more looking forward to enjoying the slow shuttle service of self-driving shuttle bus.
