本研究探討建築物防火構造與逃生避難設施於發生火災時疏散與搶救動線之危害因子與建築規範之相互關係，透過分析，可幫助規劃者、施工單位消費者，在規劃住宅或選購設備同時需了解建築物使用類組的真正需求。減少商品設計錯誤的機率達到建築物在有限的生命期間增加災害抵抗能力。
透過基本的火災理論，及防範策略，述說建築物在進行規劃時需考慮的原則，經由火災案例及層級架構組織運算找尋如何防範與治療。不同的使用類組有不同年齡的消費群，研究之最後建議為火器電器使用管理與消防設備之選購為防止火災蔓延之基本設施。

This research investigated the relationship between the hazard factors of the protection against fire of the building structure with refuge facilities in an evacuation rescue operation traffic flow and the construction specifications in the event of fire. Through the analysis, it can help planners, construction builders and consumers to understand the real needs of the using category of building in the planning of house or purchase the devices simultaneously to reduce the chances of design errors and increase disaster resistance throughout the building in a limited life.
Through the basic theories of fire emergency and the prevention strategies, it describe principles need to be considered in the planning of buildings and looking for how to prevent and treat by firing cases and hierarchical structure of organizational operations. The different using categories have their own ages of group consumers, and the research finally recommends the management in using fire cookware and electrical appliance and the purchase of fire-fighting equipment as the infrastructure to prevent fire spreading.
