臺灣近年來積極推動低碳運輸以減少溫室氣體的排放,在公車運輸系統方面規劃 2030年市區與一般公路客運全面使用電動公車,但電動公車續航里程的限制攸關著客運業者能否正常營運及營運成本,而續航里程除電池本身效率外也取決於駕駛人的駕駛行為是否正確,因此藉由駕駛行為的改變來提升能源使用效率,是使用電動公車業者需面對的重要課題。基此,本研究希望透過節電獎金措施的引進促使駕駛人落實正確的駕駛行為,以提升電動公車用電效率及續航里程。
過去文獻大多針對燃油車駕駛人在實施激勵獎金措施所形成之影響效果進行研究,對電動公車駕駛人如何建立正確的駕駛行為習慣?影響成效為何?迄今相關研究並不多。有鑑於此,本研究旨在評估電動公車駕駛人實施節電獎金措施所形成之影響效果,以Ajzen 提出之計畫行為理論為基礎,另應用內、外控人格特質及節電獎金實施前、後用電效率變化,來構建結構方程模型。
本研究以有、無實施節電獎金措施電動公車駕駛長為研究對象,共發放問卷86份,回收有效問卷為75份,以SPSS 17.0及LISREL 8.5統計軟體及結構方程式建構研究模型。研究結果顯示,節電獎金措施之實施使得平均用電效率提升約12 %;另內控駕駛人於節電獎金實施後之用電效率提升優於外控駕駛人;態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制皆正向顯著的影響駕駛行為意向。
Restrictions on the mileage of electric buses affect the operation and costs of buscompanies.The mileage of electric buses in addition to battery efficiency, is also related to the driving behavior of drivers. Therefore, driving efficiency can be improved through changes in driving behavior.It is an important issue that bus companies need to face when using electric buses.In response to this problem, drivers can be encouraged to implement correct driving behaviors through power-saving bonus measures to improve powerefficiency and mileage.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of the implementation of power saving bonus measures for electric bus drivers. Based on the theory of planned behaviors proposed by Ajzen, the internal and external control personality traits and power efficiency changes before and after the implementation of the power saving bonus are used to build a structural equation model.
The research results show that the implementation of the power saving bonus measures has increased the average power consumption efficiency by about 12%
