  • 職場中的領導能力,往往能對組織發展及績效產生不一樣的影響;但領導風格 卻沒有辦法普世皆準適用每個情境。僕人式領導是一種領導者將下屬利益置於自身 利益之上的領導風格,領導者透過提供下屬技能上必要支持並且激勵其工作投入之 意願,進而達到任務績效的提升,並且由於僕人式領導者的以身作則,使下屬也願 成為僕人式領導者領導其下屬,進而產生正向循環。本篇研究針對僕人式領導對工 作投入及自我導向學習之直接影響、兩者對任務績效產生之直接影響,以及僕人式 領導對任務績效之間接影響進行探討及討論。
    本研究共回收了 612 份問卷回覆,刪除無效問卷 187 份後,最終得到有效問卷 425 份,運用 SPSS Statistics 26 及 SmartPLS(V .3.3.9)統計軟體進行分析。研究結果 發現僕人式領導會正向影響員工工作投入及自我導向學習,而員工工作投入及自我 導向學習皆會對任務績效產生正向影響力。而在間接效果的部分,僕人式領導會透 過工作投入及自我導向學習間接對任務績效產生正面影響。

    Leadership in the workplace can often cause a different impact on organizational development and performance. Although there are hundreds of leadership styles, there is no one-size-fits-all leadership style that can be used in every situation. Servant leadership is one kind of the leadership style, which elaborates one leader putting the interests of subordinates above his own interests. And leaders with servant leadership lead by example, so that subordinates are willing to become servant to lead their subordinates, thereby generating a positive cycle. This study explores and discusses the direct impact of servant leadership on job involvement and self-directed learning, the direct impact of both job involvement and self-directed learning on task performance, and the indirect impact of servant leadership on task performance.
    425 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed. SPSS Statistics 26 and SmartPLS (V.3.3.9) statistical software were used for the analysis. The results of the study found that servant leadership positively affects employee’s job involvement and self-directed learning. Both employee’s job involvement and self-directed learning have a positive impact on task performance. In the indirect effect part, servant leadership indirectly has a positive impact on task performance through job involvement and self-directed learning.
