本論文探討一個即時城市的構成介面，研究如何以互動裝置作為人與環境的動態調節器，介入人與都市的活動，本研究以台南市作為設計切入點，以大學城和府城區選則特定幾個都市空間作為主要設計嘗試的基地，研究其都市函構及物理環境資料的疊圖分析，置入可對這些因子產生變化的動態裝置，嘗試融入都市的基礎建設之中，這些裝置形成人和都市之間的新介面，設計人們和這些介面的互動方式，思考更永續、更人性化、更具創造性的未來都市生活模式。

　　本研究探索台南城市在都市發展的過程中，如何因應環境和活動因子劇烈變化所帶來的影響，本論文參考〈TAINAN 2024 新世紀台南文創大道行動論壇〉以及〈2017 台灣設計展 Taiwan Design EXPO〉的規劃方向，以成大舊圖書館K館作為主場館作為台南文創大道的起點為起點，串聯「三城」(大學城、 府城、熱蘭遮城)，讓設計融入臺南古城生活，透過動態及靜態展覽活動規劃,讓遊客體驗臺南的巷弄意境與生活美學的概念，為實現城市即博物館、城市即展場的願景。

The objective of the thesis is to explore the issue of real-time city where dynamic adaptive installations can be interactive interface between humans and built environments. The thesis takes the Tainan City as a research example. Some open spaces are chosen from the university town and the old downtown as the main design based. A number of dynamic devices is designed and installed in the selected design based. The interactive devices can react to the environment factors, and can be integrated into the city infrastructures. These devices serve as a new interface between humans and built environments, by means of a new way of interaction, allowing us to rethink of a more sustainable, more humane, more creative future urban lifestyle.

The thesis discusses how the Tainan City evolve to cope with the dynamic impacts of the changes in both the built environment and living activities. Inspired by the proposals of “Tainan 2024: Tainan Cultural Creative Boulevard Action Forum” and “2017 Taiwan Design Expo”, the design research takes the old NCKU Library as the starting point of the Tainan Cultural Creative Boulevard, connecting with the "Three Cities" (University City, Old Castle Town, Zeelandia). Through the planning of dynamic and static exhibitions, visitors can experience the features of alleys of Tainan and the aesthetics of the city’s lifestyle.
