由於近年來政府提倡再生能源發展,促使國內育樂船隻逐漸結合再生能源,而國內電動船大多在設計過程中,船上所搭載的電力設備及追求較高性能表現與船速的結果,將造成額外的能源消耗。本研究透過船型與阻力估算,評估推進系統之消耗功率。結構法規驗證方面將BV船級協會法規(NR-500)以LabVIEW程式進行整合,並以石門二號太陽能電動船驗證其可行性,透過結構驗證及輕量化與船型阻力估算達到系統節能之目的。
創能方面,以分散式太陽能發電系統架構,搭配研究室所開發之功率優化器(DC-DC Converter)與PV控制器(MPPT Controller)進行發電,資料的傳送與接收,則透過中央控制器(Central Controller)回傳至電腦進行監控,並以頂樓作為實驗場進行五片平面分散式系統與十片弧狀分散式發電測試;藉此驗證分散式系統應用,並於高雄愛河測試系統的可靠度。
動力系統結合永磁同步馬達,以RS-485通訊技術實現馬達控制之應用,並以LabVIEW程式進行操作流程上的整合與控制,藉此模擬實際操船情形並達到驗證其可行性。本研究以結合阻力估算、船體重量評估、太陽能電力直驅與永磁馬達的推進等,建立一套8kW太陽能電動船的設計典範,期待能提供未來太陽能電動船設計之重要參考依據。
The main content for this study is to evaluate the consumption of motor power by the type of ship and estimates of resistance. To achieve the purpose of energy conservation by structure verification, light-weight, estimates of resistance and its feasibility through Shimen No.2 solar powered boat, by integrated Bureau Veritas (BV) rules with regulations (NR-500) due to the structure verification process.
Regards the creation of energy, in order to verified and test whether MPPT controller is reliable or not in Kaohsiung Love River, we use the distributed photovoltaic (DPV) system, Power Optimizer and MPPT controller, which were invented by our laboratory, to generate electricity. For transmitting and receiving data, it will be transfer back and under control by central controller then having electricity testament by flat-shaped and arc-shaped distributed PV systems on the roof as a filed for experimental.
To verify the feasibility of combination with propulsion system and permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) by simulated the actual shipping situation, we used the technology of RS-485 communication to specification the usage of motor and to be integrated and controlled by LabVIEW program. To establish a model of 8kW solar powered boat for reference, we had combined the resistance estimation, weight estimation, PV power direct-drive and propulsion of permanent magnet synchronous motor, we deeply believe this designing of solar powered boat will be an important reference data in the future with highly expectation.
