  • 隨著近年來科技的快速發展,以及手持裝置的普及度,促使了近年來社群平台的發展大幅地改變,並在針對醫療保健議題領域中,也正在被廣泛地應用中。由於現代人對健康意識的抬頭,民眾透過手持裝置隨時於社群平台中接收到來自四面八方的健康保健資訊。而現在的民眾、病患傾向於就醫前搜尋相關疾病的資訊,並透過使用社群平台,參與其中之活動、與平台中之他人進行互動、積極尋求更多的資源並加以整合,以實踐病患在就醫前可以事先初步了解病症與治療方式,以減少內心的不確定性與不安性。
    本研究採針對一般民眾進行問卷調查方式,探討一般民眾、病患對社群平台之參與動機、涉入程度、醫療價值共創之關聯。本問卷以15歲以上之民眾為受訪對象,透過周遭朋友之網絡提供填答網址,採不記名非隨機方式邀請受訪者填答,有效樣本數為302人。經本研究實證民眾對參與動機、及其涉入程度與價值共創有正向影響,而於社群平台中之學習對醫療價值共創之中介效果。最後根據結果發現提出對管理上與實務上給予適當之建議,提供給衛生主管機關及醫療機構管理者評估管理策略上之參考。

    With the rapidly developing of technology and the popularity of Mobile devices in recent years, it makes the social platform widely used. Social platform has been also widely used in the health care field. Due to the awareness of health, people can use the Mobile device and receive the health care information from the Internet at any time. People tend to get the information, interact with others about diseases through the social platform and seeking more resources to integrate actively before going to the hospital. In this case, people can get a preliminary understanding of the disease and treatment to reduce the uncertainty and uneasiness.
    This research used a questionnaire survey on the Internet by friends’ network to general public to study the correlation of engagement motivation of participating the social platform, the involvement, and the health care value co-creation. Not randomly invited people must be over 15 years old and could fill in the questionnaire anonymously. Furthermore, the number of valid samples was 302. This evidence-based study showed there was a positive effect of engagement motivation, involvement, and health care value co-creation. However, there was the intermediary effect of involvement and learning on health care value co-creation. Finally, based on the results, this study provided appropriate recommendations for management practice and references for health authorities and medical institution managers to evaluate management strategies.
