摘 要
台灣為半導體之主要代工國家,亦是LCD液晶螢幕主要之生產國,生產過程中所需之設備大都依賴國外半導體設備大廠,也因此國內許多設備商除了本身之既有產品外,亦代理國外半導體及LCD製程之設備。
由於半導體製程設備的推陳出新,設備種類日益增多,漸漸的突顯出設備商的維護管理之重要性,常見的問題包含客服人員設備維護能力及專業教育訓練的不足,原廠技術支援緩慢等等。製程設備種類漸漸的增多,如何將員工累積之工作經驗和知識作有系統的管理,實在是半導體設備商提升競爭力的不二法門。
本文主要研究為建構一個維修資訊系統網站為基礎,建立學習型組織,目的在於幫助半導體設備商能有系統的管理設備維護資訊。本文以某半導體設備商為案例,探討其技術服務部門的知識管理,了解目前設備維護資訊的產生、儲存、系統化和移轉的過程; 並以如何建構維修資訊系統網站作為本文的研究重點。
Abstract
Taiwan has long been a major Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) country in semiconductor-related industries and also a major manufacturing country for the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) monitor. However, most of the relevant equipment and their facilities are imported regarding the semiconductors’ and the LCD monitors’ manufacturing. Hence, Taiwan has highly relied on the major foreign suppliers, so there are many domestic suppliers working in equipment maintenance, for example, must import their parts and facilities from overseas suppliers except a few existing domestic products made in Taiwan. Due to continuous development on new products of equipment and maintenance facilities and skills innovation, there is a great need of maintenance in logistic support in making the semiconductor industries striving in Taiwan. Among all needs, the common problems include the service engineers’ ability, professional and the technology support of original suppliers, technical personnel experience, their skilled technology maintaining, etc. It is the one and only way for the suppliers’ competitiveness improvement to manage the employees’ experiences and knowledge.
The present thesis therefore intends to develop a maintenance information system based on the collective repair information system website construction to set up a framework or a channel of learning. The purposes will assist the suppliers of semiconductors to manage the equipment maintenance information systematically. The investigation in the present study emphasizes on one of the Taiwan’s suppliers of semiconductors for example to study the knowledge management of technologic service department about the facilities maintenance information’s output, storage, systematization and transference process currently, and focus on the research of a maintenance information system website construction. The result also provides a good example for application extending to some other relevant industries in establishing their own maintenance information system through the website establishment.
