  • 科技製造業舊有的商業模式是線下實體業務報價,因此許多中小型客戶無適當媒介接觸合適的電子設計供應商,然而,隨著平台趨勢和共享經濟的興起,科技製造業開始思考新的商業模式。基於此,本研究探討科技製造業如何運用內部創業建構平台運營模式;平台商業模式如何使平台成員透過資源流動享受平台經濟,進而共創價值。本研究採用個案分析,研究結果歸納三點:首先,T公司使用生產者模式;其次,T公司以複製、擴展,與交換三種資源槓桿方式進行內部創業;第三,T公司透過多邊平台模式將資源由獨有模式轉換成共享模式、關係人由單向交易關係轉換成雙向互動關係,以及價值創造由自創轉換成價值共創。

    Small and medium enterprises (SME) and start up teams are lack of proper access to suitable electronic design suppliers in the early stage of hardware development due to the fact that business quoting in the high‐tech manufacturing industry remains offline and physical. In the context of the online platform trend and the rise of sharing economy of new business model, which are worthy to think it over by high‐tech manufacturing industry.
    This study thus aims to explore how the high‐tech manufacturing industry utilizes internal entrepreneurship to construct a platform operating model. And how the platform serves as the medium which enables to benefit among subsidiaries, the group, and clients through the flow of resources to share platform economy, achieving more value co-creation.
    This study adopts a case analysis approach, and the research findings can be summarized into three points: Firstly, Company T employs the producer model. Secondly, Company T engages in intraprenuership through three resource leverage methods: replication, expansion, and exchange. Thirdly, Company T transforms its resources from an exclusive mode to a shared mode through a multilateral platform model, transforming relationships from one-way transactional relationships to interactive relationships, and transitioning from self-creation to value co-creation.
