目的:本研究旨在探討人工草皮足球場的使用體驗與維護管理,特別聚焦於台灣大專盃甲一級足球聯賽男子球員、教練及場地管理者的影響。人工草皮以其全天候適用性和低維護成本,逐漸成為現代運動場地的重要選擇。然而,人工草皮的維護狀況可能影響球場的表面特性與球員的比賽表現、安全性及使用體驗。方法:本研究採用深度訪談法,通過半結構式訪談收集數據,並使用內容分析法進行資料分析,揭示球員、教練及管理者對人工草皮球場的多維度觀點。結果:研究結果顯示,(1)大專盃所使用的人工草皮球場因缺乏完善的維護規劃,導致部分場地已出現磨損、衰退的現象,進而出現球場差異。(2)球場維護會影響球員在比賽中的體驗。因維護不足將導致球場表面硬化、顆粒分布不均等表面特性問題,進而影響球員的身體表現、球體運行及安全性,因此影響球員比賽體驗並改變比賽策略。建議:應建立計畫性的維護計畫,以確保球場表面品質與球員比賽安全性,並設立衰退球場更換與球場表面檢測機制。本研究成果將為臺灣人工草皮球場的維護管理提供實證基礎與實務建議。
This study investigates the usage experience and maintenance management of artificial turf soccer fields, focusing on their impact on male players, coaches, and facility managers within Taiwan's University Football League (Division 1). While artificial turf is increasingly popular for its all-weather and low maintenance benefits, its upkeep significantly influences pitch surface quality, player performance, and safety. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth, semi-structured interviews and content analysis, we collected and analyzed data from players, coaches, and managers. The findings revealed that a lack of comprehensive maintenance planning has led to visible wear and deterioration, creating inconsistencies in pitch quality. Insufficient maintenance results in hardened surfaces and uneven infill, negatively affecting player performance, ball control, and safety, thereby altering their match experience and game strategies. This research provides empirical evidence and practical recommendations for systematic maintenance plans and regular pitch inspections to enhance the quality and safety of artificial turf fields in Taiwan.
