台灣地處亞熱帶,所處地方是個溫度、濕度及鹽分均偏高之海島型腐蝕環境,再加上近來工業污染日益嚴重,對材料的腐蝕性愈來愈嚴重。且台灣風場大多在彰濱工業區、麥寮…等地。這些地方是石化工業密集地區其金屬材料腐蝕問題比其他地區更行嚴重。而防腐蝕工作又大部分採用塗料塗裝之防蝕維護,但在腐蝕狀況未能全面瞭解與腐蝕因子不明確及材料堪用情形不明下設計塗裝系統,進行維修塗裝,容易因塗料使用錯誤耗用鉅大浪費,不但無法獲得預期防蝕效果,且容易因塗裝後外觀改善但內部卻包藏腐蝕嚴重狀況,而造成無可補救的工安事件。
本研究是探討風力塔架鋼鐵材料以三種(油漆、鋅鋁熔射及熱浸鍍鋅)不同表面處理方式塗覆於鋼材表面,比較在大氣曝曬和浸漬試驗的腐蝕形態下之防蝕效果之差異性。研究的討論方法包括外觀觀察、重量分析、XRD檢測試驗後鋼板表面成分、製作成本檢討,從腐蝕的結果診斷提出最合適海上風力塔架防蝕系統建議。
結果顯示:
1.不管在防蝕防護方面及製作成本考量,都以鋅鋁熔射噴塗鋼材得到最好的效果。
2.因金屬的不耐酸鹼特性,建議防蝕系統除噴塗鋅鋁熔射或熱浸鍍鋅外,需進行複合式塗裝。且雙層或多層的塗裝也可有效降低針孔的發生。
In the location of subtropical area, Taiwan is surrounding high temperature, humidity and salt coastal corrosion environment. Industrial pollution is getting worse day by day and also affecting heavier corrosion problem on substance. Mostly wind tower are installed around Mailiao, Changhua coastal industrial zone, where are densely petrochemical industries and metal corrosion problem more than others. However, corrosion preventing work has been mostly used by the corrosion protection with coating application. When designing a coating system for paint application without completely figure out corrosion factor and unidentified material, it will not obtain expected effects but also waste money due to wrong paint system was applied. Even though it gets the better surface but would make unrecoverable work safety problem by serious corrosion inside.
 
This study is discussing about the metal materials on wind tower, it consists three types (coating, Zn/Al metallization and Hot dip galvanized) of different surface preparation methods for paint application on the surface of metal, comparing the difference of anti-corrosion effect between environment exposure and hot dip galvanized test. The research methods are including surface observation, gravity analysis, component of metal surface after XRD test, research expense discussion. Finally find out the most adequate method on wind tower anti-corrosive system by the result of research.
The results:
1.No matter concerning on preventing corrosion or research expense, the best way is zinc/aluminum metallization.
2.As the properties of acid and alkali irresistible with metal, the suggested protection system in addition to zinc / alu metallization or hot dipped galvanized, the necessity for compound coating. And double or multi-layer coating can effectively reduce the occurrence of pinholes.
