There is a kind of new business model which can combine biotechnology industry and drug industry. Utilize recombinant DNA technology to redesign the process of drug production. Improve the chemical pharmacy factory more efficiency and avoid side effect and expensive of drug. In this research we create a new business model, and construct 12 operation items of this new biotech specialty pharmacy. Then choose one pharmaceutical company which build in Science Park, and depth interview with company's manager to get company intact operation situation. As several of the major pharmaceutical companies struggle through a period of a relative dearth of big, new products, the job casualties and the share buybacks are piling up this earnings season. We collect domestic and foreign biotechnology industry information to develop and analyze competition advantage of this innovative business model and case enterprise.
Innovation of the PRFRAC business model analysis for biotech specialty pharmacy, which has six major structure including : Product(Value Proposition, Market Segmentation);Research(Regulations, Technology Resource);Finance(Cost Structure, Revenue Model);Resource(Capability, Structure);Alliance(Partnership, Relationship);and Customer(Target Customer, Distribution Channel). Hope to present another view of strategy and competition advantage. No matter the new medicines can apply to ownership of property intelligently, or create the profit-making way of pharmaceutical factory and get investors' favor in the investment market. The final purpose of analysis in PRFRAC business model, we want to reduce the business risk, achieve company worthy, and create the unparalleled market niche.
