  • 生產綠色產品來改善環境汙染問題已成為全球提倡的議題,該趨勢促使許多製造商紛紛投入回收與再製造,與新產品製造商相互競爭於市場中,使得閉環式供應鏈在許多產業中與日俱增。此外,消費者在衡量產品價值時,常以產品品質作為衡量指標,故本研究假設再製原料的失效率高於新產品原料失效率的條件下,從事再製造之製造商以產品的再製程度做為決策與生產全新產品之製造商進行競爭,而再製程度不僅影響價格及獲利,同時影響產品的品質,另外,廠商可決定是否提供保固來維持產品的品質以提高市場競爭力。本研究考量具保固策略下,探討一供應鏈中成員為兩製造商,其中一製造商擁有回收與再製造能力,另一製造商則無此能力,兩廠商品以價格競爭於市場中且目標皆為利潤最大化,其中從事再製造之製造商制定其產品的再製程度,而後兩成員各自決定產品的價格,而本研究可分為四種情境,分別為兩廠商未提供保固、兩廠商皆提供保固以及僅其中一家製造商提供保固。
    本研究對四種情境建構一數學模型,推導產品最佳再製程度並運用同時賽局求解兩廠商最佳價格決策,透過解析分析及數值分析探討相關參數對兩廠商決策與獲利的影響。本研究發現(1)在產品原料失效率越高下,廠商不提供產品保固反而會是優勢策略(2)從市場回收的舊產品,非必要全數進行再製,廠商可透過使用部分再製策略進行生產,在某些情況下亦可以獲得較高的獲利。

    The issue of manufacturing green products for improving the environment has been popular around the world. It urges manufacturers to invest in recycling and remanufacturing, competing with manufacturers. Besides, when the consumers are considering the products value, they often use the failure rate of products as the standard. Therefore, this study supposes that the failure rate of remanufactured product is higher than new products', under this hypothesis, manufacturer who engages in remanufacturing compete with manufacturer who produces new product based on the ratio of remanufactured materials. Manufacturers can decide whether to provide warranty to maintain the quality of products to improve market competitiveness. Our analysis finds that (1) with the higher failure rate of raw materials, it is also an advantage strategy for manufacturers not to provide product warranty strategies. (2) It is not necessary to remanufacture all the old products recycled from the market. Manufacturers can use part of the remanufacturing strategy to produce, it also obtains higher profits.
