  • 在瞬息萬變的商業環境中,企業如何有效的因應變動局勢,時時保持競爭力?本研究透過動態能力理論,檢視企業的領導者與組織在「洞察時事能力」、「掌握機會的決斷力」以及「進行精準佈局的能力」方面作為評價項目,並結合「領導力理論」之重要論點,來探討成功之企業與失敗之企業的背後可能的原因,並進一步探討領導者的特質差異,如何影響發揮動態能力的發揮。透過結合這兩種的能力發揮,開展其企業務實、敏捷、與堅守誠信的能力,進而能夠一路面對挑戰。有章法地進行改革、統合組織資源,形成一個能持續成功,具有永續能力的企業文化,包括危機處理能力。本研究從透兩個過案—GE 以及SONY的個案比較,從這二家公司的成、敗歷史的案例中,嘗試層別出領導人的特質,並且歸納與分析這些領導人在動態能力的展現,這或可作為往後遭遇類似情境時的借鏡。綜合言之,本研究發現,領導人面對混沌不明的情境發生時,該自我提醒要持有何心態來進行行動規劃,產生有效的應變的能力,來帶領企業度過難關。好的領導者,能將企業的危機變成轉機; 弱的領導者,可能將企業帶向衰敗。

    In the rapidly changing business environment, how can companies effectively respond to shifting circumstances and maintain their competitiveness? This research employs the dynamic capabilities theory to examine the evaluation criteria of leaders and organizations in terms of "insight into current events," "decisiveness in seizing opportunities," and "ability to execute precise strategies." By incorporating important arguments from leadership theories, this study aims to explore the underlying factors behind the success or failure of businesses and further investigate how variations in leader characteristics influence the utilization of dynamic capabilities. By combining these two capabilities, organizations can develop pragmatic, agile, and integrity-driven competencies to face challenges head-on. This involves implementing systematic reforms, integrating organizational resources, and fostering a sustainable corporate culture capable of continuous success, including crisis management capabilities. Drawing insights from two case studies, GE and SONY, this research attempts to identify and analyze the traits of effective leaders, as well as summarize and analyze their manifestation of dynamic capabilities. These findings can serve as valuable references when encountering similar situations in the future. In conclusion, this study reveals that when leaders face ambiguous and chaotic circumstances, they must possess a certain mindset for action planning and exhibit the ability to generate effective adaptive responses in order to guide organizations through difficult times. Strong leaders can turn crises into opportunities, while weak leaders may lead companies towards decline.
