  • 本研究以製造業某個案公司為例,嘗試一步一步評估及選取引入雲端運算的先驅系統,並加以評估,做為以後進一步深入採用雲端技術的基礎。
    本論文的貢獻在於由ISO 9126品質模型出發及並引入層級分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process),作為引入雲端技術的評估方式,此法過去未被用於引入雲端技術的評估。先針對現有ERP系統及其他作業流程進行評估,預估系統轉換雲端技術後的表現,選效益較高的系統進行轉換。以層級分析法評估後,本研究選取成品入庫及出貨管理兩個子系統,以及雲端硬碟實做,並於系統完成後透過問卷,進行使用者及系統效益評估,了解系統轉換至雲端後的表現。
    本論文研究結果,系統引入雲端技術後,簡化了部分工作流程,提高了工作效率,使用者大多對雲端系統給予肯定。因此,將進一步針對其他系統進行評估轉換至雲端,提昇資訊部門在企業之核心價值。

    This research take a case study on a manufacturing company’s evaluation process of introducing cloud computing into ERP itself or related information subsystems.
    The contribution of this work is the evaluation process. We evaluate the existing ERP systems and other operating procedures by the ISO 9126 quality model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), to forecast the performance after introducing cloud techniques. The process has not been reported to be used in evaluation of introducing cloud computing.
    The result of AHP suggested us to select the finished products system to be the first candidate. We choose two subsystems, and cloud hard disk as pilot projects. After implementing the target systems using cloud techniques, we survey the feedback from the users, most users gave positive replies.
    The result suggests that after the introduction of cloud technology, the part of the workflow is simplified, work efficiency is improved, and users are affirmed most of the cloud system.
