本研究設計及開發一支援急診或加護病房護理師完成急救護理紀錄之資訊系統。從開發資訊系統以輔助手寫記錄的工具為研究動機,經由訪談使用者對於系統的需求、系統程式介面設計、確認修改等,終完成此心肺復甦紀錄資訊系統(CPR information system)簡稱iCPR。此系統依據高級心臟救命術 (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)制定急救程序,可一鍵啟動,並以打卡方式紀錄及輔以提示訊息功能,讓護理師能在急救過程中快速記錄;在急救結束後,可立即將一筆完整的急救紀錄匯入護理紀錄,減少護理師事後回想急救過程再逐項紀錄而造成的誤差,與縮短完成急救紀錄的時間,及提高心肺復甦術紀錄的完整性。對於iCPR的臨床使用,整理出10個急救情境樣本,以確定系統功能完整性,並完成測試;目前已進行2次心肺復甦術情境模擬(CPR Simulation)以評估系統流程,並以Likert量表1-5分評值使用者對系統使用的滿意度。最後共發出30份問卷,整體滿意度平均結果為4.0分。研究結果表示,使用者認為iCPR易於使用,並能夠輔助紀錄者的醫囑提示功能進而顯著地提高心肺復甦術過程紀錄的完整性及正確性。
This research is to design and implement a CPR information system, iCPR, to support nurses serving in intensive care unit and/or emergency department to record the rescue process. By interviewing users for their requirements, designing the interface, refining and testing the system, the iCPR is developed to have one-click-to-start feature and to support tag and information tips according to Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Procedure. It is to help nurses to quickly record the process during resuscitation. After finishing resuscitation, the record will be imported into the formal nursing record, which not only decreases the possibility of mistaken memory but also shortens the total time to record. The iCPR also enhance the integrity of cardiopulmonary resuscitation record with its synchronous recording. Before real on-line, ten resuscitation samples were tested and CPR Simulation was taken twice for procedure assessment. User satisfaction was surveyed with Likert Scale. Thirty effective questionnaires were retrieved and overall average satisfaction is 4.0 out of 5. Users agree this iCPR is user-friendly and can highly enhance the integrity and accuracy of CPR records by providing information tips while doing resuscitation.
