  • 本研究主要探討成年前期女性,被動分手之調適歷程與其從失戀經驗中所獲得的成長與體驗,目的為了解安全依附類型與焦慮依附類型被動分手者的失戀調適歷程、因應策略、感受和影響的異同。本研究以「立意取樣」,選取年齡介於二十至三十歲之成年前期女性,安全依附與焦慮依附各二名,為主要研究對象,進行半結構式訪談,以敘事研究中的「整體-內容」分析方法,從整體的角度詮釋受訪者之經驗故事,理解被動分手歷程對個人的意義,並請研究參與者配合檢核資料之真實性。
    本研究結論如下:(1)分手歷程:由被迫接受的關係終止、挽留、到接受事實及退出。(2) 調適經驗:安全依附被動分手者以尋找人際依附為主要方式,焦慮依附被動分手者在調適初期短暫依靠人際支持,但生活的安排和注意力轉移才是主要方式。(3) 分手經驗整體詮釋:家庭和依附類型影響愛情,但互動對象及關係的平等與否也需納入考量。調適後對分手賦予的意義與成長,在自我、愛情關係、生活、及他人等面向皆有新的態度與改變。(4) 社會文化脈絡:傳統價值觀與性別刻板印象仍明顯地加諸於女性,使其在關係中的地位較低,反而導致不安全感與自信議題的浮現。
    根據本研究的結果與發現,對未來相關研究、助人相關工作者及失戀者提出建議,作為未來研究者與教育相關領域人員之參考。

    This research is aimed to investigate the adjustment process and changes of those who are non-initiators in their breakup experience. Secure and anxious attachment types of early adulthood females’ breakup experiences and adjustment process are compared in this research.
    “Purposive Sampling” is used to choose early adulthood females whose ages are from 20 to 30 as objects, including two secure and two anxious attachment types. Semi-structured interview is applied to collect the required information. Narrative and Holistic-Content analysis methods are used to interpret four participants’ entire experiences and to understand how they constructed the meaning of their breakups. The data are double-checked by the participants to demonstrate its authenticity. The results are showed as follows :(1) Breakup process: relationship determination, earning back, accept the truth of breakingup and exit are contained. (2) Adjustment: secure attachment participants look for interpersonal bonds as mainly adjusting method; anxious attachment participants depend on others’ support in the beginning, but life rearranging and shifting their attention to other events are the critical adjusting ways. (3) Holistic experience: family and attachment affect romantic relationship, but the partners and the equality in the relationship should be also considered. The growth after breakup contains the concepts about self, romantic relationship, life, and caring for others. (4) Social context: conventional value and gender stereotype make females feel insecure and oppressive. According to the findings, some suggestions are addressed for the relative studies, counselors, and the people who failed in love.
