  • 近年來全球化發展快速,不同於以往的企業只注重自身的發展和利潤,現今的企業為了和外界甚至是國際接軌,就需要透過供應鏈整合的方式,期望能和供應鏈中其他成員合作,協調找出有效的方式讓彼此都更具競爭力,也才能長期互相合作,進而提昇整個供應鏈的利潤。在現實生活中,不論是哪種物品都會自然損耗,加上物流及半導體業的快速發展,損耗性商品也逐漸受到重視,這樣的商品會隨著時間的因素發生腐敗、揮發或是退化等現象,使得自身的價值和數量和原本商品造成差異。本研究著重在於損耗性商品的供應鏈協調,藉由協調讓雙方能夠合作並維持長久關係以提高總體供應鏈的利潤,架構出單一供應商和單一零售商的二階供應鏈模型,在買方會發生缺貨且製造商和零售商損耗率皆相同的情形下,雙方由一開始最大化自身利潤,和透過前置期折扣的協調機制提昇整體利潤進行分析比較,尋求零售商的最佳訂購量和訂購時間點使得整體供應鏈的利潤在協調後有所改善,讓雙方皆能獲利並讓整體利潤最佳,並由數值範例分析各參數的利潤的影響和重要性,進而在供應鏈中建立起長期合作關係。

    In recent years, the fast development of globalization differs today's enterprises from former ones by using supply chain coordination to make connection with the outside international business environment for gaining competitive advantages. In real life, goods flowing in a supply chain usually deteriorate. Deteriorating products gradually draw greater attention especially for logistic and semiconductor industries, d. Such goods will corrupt, volatile, and degenerate as time goes by and thus cause their values and quantity become less than those for the original ones.
    This research emphasizes on coordination in supply chains for deteriorating products which facilities both sides to cooperate and maintain a long-time relationship, and thus enhances the profit of the entire supply chain. A two-level supply chain with a single supplier and a single retailer is considered in this study. The buyer can have shortage, and the manufacturer and the retailer have the same deteriorating rate for the product. A lead-time discount strategy is used to maximize the profit of the entire supply chain in which the optimal order quantity and the optimal lead time are determined. Finally, a numerical example is illustrated, and sensitivity analysis are performed to analyze the influences of various parameters on the overall profit. The results are important for managers in establishing a long-term cooperation relationship in supply chains.
