目的: 在手術室中，因應各科手術治療方式的多元化，手術相關的衛材品項高達數千至數萬種，如何進行衛材品質控管與成本之控制是醫院經營中重要議題之一。而條碼技術運用於臨床實務是現今多數醫院使用的方式，若能將繁雜之衛材品項經由條碼技術系統導入，使護理人員於手術流程中快速取得衛材之相關資訊，縮短查詢及逐筆計價時間，與杜絕過期衛材的使用，可提升其工作效能，與病人之安全。
方法:本研究以DeLone and McLean資訊系統成功模式為基礎，探討護理人員使用條碼系統於手術衛材之資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、使用者滿意度及淨效益等相關影響，及條碼系統導入前後十個月衛材使用錯誤率之成效。採橫斷式相關性研究，以方便取樣方式，以南部某區域教學醫院手術室護理人員為研究對象，共發放32份問卷，回收32份問卷。研究資料以SPSS 18.0版本統計分析軟體進行資料的描述性與推論性統計分析。
結果:研究結果為導入衛材條碼系統於追溯系統介入前十個月及介入後十個月之錯誤率成效，衛材計價數量錯誤率由7.18%降至1.15%；衛材代碼計價錯誤率由4.39%降至0.29%，漏計價錯誤率由6.64%降至0.23%；計價後衛材未人工請購錯誤率由2.99%降至0.082%，以成對樣本t檢定進行分析後發現達顯著差異（p < .05）。並依據資訊系統成功模式理論將系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質、使用者滿意度對於「淨效益」進行逐步迴歸分析，第一階段以「系統品質」為自變項，「淨效益」為依變數，結果R 2顯示為45.9％的解釋變異量，預測得β=.678，t值5.046（p=.000）；在第二階段加入了「資訊品質」自變項，得出解釋變異量R² 為0.554、調整後的 R² 為0.523，F=18.01，p=.000得出釋變易量 R² 為0.308、調整後的 R² 為0.284，代表此迴歸模式能夠解釋使用的部份為28.4%，且 F值 13.32檢定達到顯著水準，表示此迴歸模式存在有正向影響關係。
結論: 結果發現手術室護理人員使用條碼系統之「滿意度」會直接影響「淨效益」及在衛材條碼錯誤率成效部分具有顯著差異。手術室護理師多數認為使用條碼系統確實因系統操作容易且資訊讀取快速，可節省因手術相當忙碌時衛材計價時間，以及衛材請購的時間，大大減少加班的頻率，對於淨效益確實有顯著之影響。

SUMMARY
In the operating room, in response to the diversification of various surgical treatment methods, there are thousands to tens of thousands of surgical-related hygiene products. How to control the quality of hygiene materials and control costs is one of the important issues in hospital management. Currently, barcode technology has been developed in medical institutions to improve medical quality and work efficiency. Barcodes are widely used because of their simple operation. Based on the successful model of DeLone and McLean information systems, this research adopts a cross-sectional correlation study to explore the results and effectiveness of the research on the information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction and net benefits of the bar code system used by nursing staff . The results of the stepwise regression analysis method showed that the quality of the system has a significant correlation with user satisfaction and the effectiveness of the paired sample t test to analyze the error rate of Eisai before and after the barcode import for ten months. There are significant differences before and after the import (p <. 05).
