鋼筋混凝土造建築物中，模板工程費用約佔結構體工程費25.04%~38.04%，約為總工程費用的8.15%~10.13%。而在高層集合住宅工程現場勞力之構成比例中，以模板工的需求量最大，約佔總工人需求量的29.7％。為所有工種中最多的一個工項。由此可知模板工程在鋼筋混凝土造建築物中的重要性。

　　然而傳統模板的生產過程具有工人需求量大、工期不易掌握、成本高、品質低落、材料浪費、危險性高等方面的問題。因此國內廠商曾嘗試引進各種系統模板，然而往往對引進的新工法不夠了解，加上外在營建環境的限制，造成系統模板逐漸不受一般業界使用及推廣。根據統計發現結構體各部位的模板，以外牆模板轉用可能率達100%，內牆也達到轉用可能率80~90%，若能在外牆模板設計詳加規劃，並配合完善的施工計劃，可以得到極大效益。

　　藉由個案分析之調查與訪談，進行外牆模板施工計劃及設計準則之建立，配合模板規格化技術，以整合材料性質及構件系統，並從工程成本、作業工期、工程品質及施工安全之角度，研擬外牆模板施工之整體規劃及作業基準。最後以實際工程個案，印證所研訂之外牆模板施工整體規劃、施工品管作業流程及作業基準，是否得以充分落實於工程實務中，並進而分析外牆模板應用之實質效益。

本研究完成外牆大面/清水大面模板在外牆模板設計、施工計畫及效益分析等內容的整理，可做為日後採用此外牆模板時的參考依據。

From the reinforced concrete structure, the formwork construction costs approximately 25.04% ~ 38.04% of structure costs, 8.15% ~ 10.13% of total construction cost. High-rise housing construction in the field of composition ratio of labor is the greatest demand for formwork workers, about 29.7% of the total demand of workers. The most one of all trades in the construction. From this, we can know the important of the formwork construction in reinforced concrete buildings.

However the traditional production process of the formwork with the high demand of workers, the duration is not easy to grasp, high costs, low quality, materials waste, and higher risks. Therefore, domestic manufacturers have tried to introduce various system formworks, but it often not enough to understand that new construction methods and limits of the construction environment, causing the system template is not subject to use and promotion for general industries. According to statistics, we discover that the switching rate of the external formwork of the construction is 100%, and the switching rate of the interior formwork of the construction is 80~90%.If putting emphasis on external formwork design, planning, and construction plans, we will get great results.

By case analysis of the survey and interviews for exterior wall formwork construction plans and the establishment of the design criteria, combined with the formwork specification techniques to integrate material properties and component systems. From the view of costs, the duration, construction quality, and construction safety, the elaboration of exterior wall formwork construction and operation of the overall planning. Finally, the actual project confirms the formwork of the exterior wall for the overall planning, construction quality control processes and the benchmark of operations, it can be fully implemented in engineering practice, and analyzes the application of the substantive benefits to the wall formwork.

The completion of the study of the pre-fabricate formwork in the formwork design, construction plans, and benefit analysis can be used for reference in the future.
