  • 隨著亞洲地區廉價航空公司(LCC)航空公司的蓬勃發展,對於國際級的飛機維修廠需求亦大幅增加,為了成為符合各項法規之飛機維修廠,故需取得相關維修飛機註冊國之民用航空局(CAA)維修廠證書,並遵守該民航局訂定之相關規範與法規。另各國民航局雖可依其國家之規範自訂法規,但大多參考聯邦航空管理局(FAA)及歐洲航空安全局(EASA)等兩個主要國際民航機構,以訂定其飛機維護廠之規範。因此要成為一個國際級飛機維護廠,能承接多個國家之間飛機維護訂單,則需要取得各國之維修廠認證,皆不超出這兩個標準。本研究之目標為整合這兩套國際飛機維修標準規範,並建立一個完整飛機維修體系,讓飛機維修廠可據以加速建立飛機維修標準制度,以同時獲得FAA及EASA認證,避免重複投資相關人力及資源,節約公司付出成本,並幫助公司更快速獲得飛機維修訂單和擴大維護範圍,以提升公司業務績效及營運獲利。

    With the blooming in Low Cost Carrier (LCC) airlines in Asia, who may wishes to cut costs on base maintenance, the demand for international Maintenance Organization is growing, to become a qualified one, depending on the country Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) one may apply for the certificate, the identified authority regulation needs to be compliance. Although the civil aviation authorities may regulate and develop its own regulation for ones country, but normally taken reference from two main authorities setting regulations for maintenance organization, one is the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the other is European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Therefore, to become an international maintenance organization, wish to have maintenance business between multiple countries, need to contend its authority certification, which may required within these two standards. The objective for this study is to establish a quality system that can combine these two standards which can help the organization to gain the business quicker and expand the maintenance territory.
