近幾年隨著全球節能和環保意識的興起,各國政府開始關注到照明產品耗能的問題,因此如何節約能源與提高能源使用效率已成為重要課題。其中,高效率的LED 固態照明因為發光效率高,各國政府都相繼投入研發與推廣政策。綜觀全球LED元件版圖,歐美LED 產業佔據高階市場,中國大陸、台灣、日本及韓國LED 產業成為亞洲主要生產基地。在未來的LED 市場競爭中,這四個國家的LED 產業將佔有舉足輕重的地位。隨著各國政府推出禁用白熾燈政策,讓LED 照明市場逐漸成長,預估複合成長率在2021 年將可達5.1%。LED 照明市場若需要大幅成長,還是需要政府對產業的支持。
在新產品企劃是產品開發的首要重視第一步,企劃的好壞可說是決定未來產品上市的成敗命運主要因素,也影響了產品開發流程的執行品質,本研究以企業的角度提出品質機能展開對於設計成本的限制,提供企業開發產品時作參考。藉由S公司的LED軟管燈的研究案例,得知產品是否獲得青睞,取決於開發時是否考慮到顧客的聲音、產品開發設計不僅要考慮到,功能性和生產規格,並將顧客的聲音列為產品改良的重點。並將這些客戶回饋資訊應用在產品設計及製造中,在本研究中證實藉由品質機能展開應用,具體提供S公司開發產品之優先順序,並提出重點與管理建議,以提高顧客滿意度與忠誠度,確保產品在各面向都把顧客主需求列為必要的考量,使個案公司生產的產品價值更高,相較過去未依照市場需求與競爭者未納入考量之流程,在本研究中加入品質機能展開個案公司也藉此發展出一套LED軟管燈開發設計作業流程,以提升個案公司的競爭力。
Time to market for new products have to be consistently shortened , for global awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, governments have begun to pay attention to the energy consumption of lighting products. Therefore, how to save energy and improve energy efficiency has become an important topic. Among them, governments have successively invested in R&D and promotion policies, because LED lighting has high luminous efficiency. Looking at the global LED component territory, the European and American LED industries share high-end markets, and the LED industries in China, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea have become major production bases in Asia. In the future LED market competition, the LED industry of these four countries will share a pivotal position. With the introduction of policies to ban incandescent lamps by many countries, the LED lighting market is gradually growing, and the compound growth rate is estimated to reach 5.1% in 2021. If the LED lighting market needs to grow substantially, it still needs government support for the industry.
New product planning is the first step in project development. The quality of the planning is the main factor that determines the success or failure of future product launches, and it also affects the quality of the product development process. This study proposes the quality function from the perspective of the company. Expand the limitation on the design cost, and provide the company as a reference when developing products. According to the research case of LED gooseneck lamp of S company, we know whether the product is acceptable or not, it depends on if the customer's opinion is considered during the development. Product development and design must not only consider functionality and production specifications, but also put the customer’s thoughts as the focus of product improvement. And use the customer feedback information in product design and manufacturing. In this study, it is confirmed that the application of quality functions is used to provide specific priorities for the development of products by S company, and to put forward key points and management suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure that the main customer’s needs are considered as necessary considerations in all aspects of the product, so that the value of the products produced by the company in the case will be higher. To compare with the process that didn’t follow the market demand and refer competitors before. In this study, the QFD has also developed a system of LED gooseneck lamp development and design operation procedures to enhance the competitiveness of the company.
