在航空維修事故中，因為維修人員的疏忽而造成維修上的失誤，佔了相當大的比例，航機維護過程中若是發生失誤除了會給航空公司帶來重大經濟上的損失，輕則造成飛機的損壞，重則造成人員傷亡，進而增加維修上的人力成本，也會影響到公司的商譽。本研究利用問卷，對我國航空器維修人員進行航空器維修人員效能分析之調查，找出何種因素影響維修人員之維修工作效能。研究對象為國內五家航空公司的維修人員，有效回收率為63.5%，共擷取254份研究樣本。經由探索性因素分析(Exploratory Factor Analysis)、驗證性因素分析(Confirmatory Factor Analysis)及變異數分析(ANOVA)。最後研究結果後發現，對於影響航空器維修人員效能有顯著性的影響因素為「人員基礎培訓」、「專業能力」、「維修工作熟悉程度」、「人員進階複訓」、「航空維修公司督導與管理」、「教育訓練課程規劃與執行」與「外語閱讀能力」。

In aviation accidents and incidents, human errors due to maintenance personnel were in the majority. It not only gives rise to aircraft damage but also causes casualties, both of which affect an airline’s income and maintenance costs, The reputation of the airline is also affected. This research is aimed to conduct an investigation of aircraft maintenance personnel performance analysis on aircraft maintenance personnel from Taiwan by way of a questionnaire survey. The study consists of 254 maintenance personnel workers from 5 airlines in Taiwan, The response rate was 63.5%.The research via Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Analysis of Variance, (ANOVA) has concluded that the key factors for aircraft maintenance personnel performance are “Personnel Basis Training”, “Expertise”, ”Maintenance Procedure Experience” ,“Maintenance Personnel Advanced Training and Refreshment”, “Supervising and Management of Airlines / Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO)”, “Design and Execution of Training Course” and “Foreign Language Proficiency”.
