摘要
停機坪為空、陸側的界面,航機落地後起飛前停駁的位置,並提供航空公司地勤作業的場所,停機坪作業直接影響出入境航機、旅客、航空公司作業,並牽動所有活動動線。
班機常因天候狀況、航管因素、飛機調度、飛機機械故障等原因造成班機不準時,飛機臨時更換機型、航空公司航班接飛問題或空橋故障而必須調度,以致航機無法照原有指定之機坪停機,此時便需要在一定時間之內調度停機坪以使得飛機能順利停機。
本研究探討在班機不準時離到場或班機臨時更換機型情況下,機場航務單位調度機坪之策略,進而構建機坪即時性調度模式,以使得總旅客步行距離最小、航空公司地勤作業成本最小、班機等候時間最小,並提供機場航務單位一個實際運作之即時調度方法以供參考。

Abstract
Apron is interface between airside and landside .It also provides space for aircraft parking and ground operations. Inbound and outbound flights , passengers and airline company operations are strongly affected by apron operations.
Quite ofen flights are not on schedule due to bad weather conditions, air traffic congestions, aircraft dispatch, aircraft mechanical problems. Last minite aircraft type change, flight connection and jetway bridge malfunction cause that aircraft can not park at assign parking bay. Another bay must be reassigned so that airport can operate smoothly.
This study covers the strategies of parking bay reassignment of flight operation officer when aircrafts are not on schedule and build parking bay reassign strategy muddle which cause minimum walking distance of passengers, cost of ground operation of airline and time of aircraft standby. This study also provides the method of parking bay reassignment to flight operation officer for refrence.
