隨者科技日新月異,使用者對於科技接受度也逐漸提高,許多服務也由於科技的介入,使日常生活中方便許多。在本研究中,建立家具配置擴增實境系統作為一種新的體驗服務,於消費者參觀房地產預售屋時使用。傳統房地產通常都是提供真實比例的樣品屋以及預售屋給消費者參觀房屋,使購房者可以立即體驗預售屋空間、氣氛、裝飾以及以供未來居家配置參考。這樣的設計往往要花費大量的成本,與業主需要於建案結束後處理室內家具拆卸,這也衍生出環保與浪費的問題。
另一方面,建商只能提供單一風格的家具配置的樣本住房給購屋者作為參考。隨著數位科技的迅速發展,虛擬現實變得成熟,並帶來了新的創新延伸至室內設計領域。其實,虛擬實境已經被應用在家具上的分配。用戶可以預覽分配狀況的家具在進步,但它需要成本時間重建虛擬家庭環境。然後,使用者大多習慣於使用實體家具作為其配置的基礎,用戶可以配置它們不容易在他們喜歡的方式。實體與虛擬的配置有其優點和缺點。如今,擴增實境技術是指能夠結合實體空間和虛擬物體一起。本文擬探討使用者使用其擴增實境系統進行家具配置的行為和滿意度,同時考量AR系統在預售屋進行家具的配置的可能性,推論或許我們可以看到一種創新的設計服務。
In this paper, the researcher intends to build the furniture allocation system as a new experiential service for consumers using in real-estate pre-sale house. In terms of pre-sale housing, it is common to see the real-estate industry to exhibit the true proportion of a sample housing unit so that the homebuyers can immediately experience the pre-sale housing space, atmosphere, and decoration as well as the future configuration for reference. Such designs often have to spend considerable costs, and the owners need to handle the interior demolition and display furniture, which also lead problems and waste after the business case is over.
Furthermore, the owners can only show the configuration of single style or pattern of the sample housing to homebuyers. With the rapid development of digital technology, Virtual Reality becomes matured, and brings a new innovation to interior design field. Recently, virtual reality has already been applied to furniture allocation. Users can preview the allocation condition of furniture in advance, but it is time consuming by rebuilding Virtual home environments. Users were used to take physical furniture configuration as basis; the users cannot easily configure them in the way they prefer. However, both physical and virtual configurations have their advantages and disadvantages. Nowadays, Augmented Reality is a technology which can combine physical space and virtual objects together. This paper proposes to explore the user configuring behavior and satisfaction while using AR system on furniture configuration in pre-sale house to check to see if it could be an innovative service design.
