台灣機車的數量十分龐大,因此機車騎士的安全是非常需要重視的,全罩式安全帽雖然可以提供極佳的頭部保護,但是大多數的機車騎士因為容易造成悶熱等等原因,還是不願意採用全罩式安全帽做為騎乘機車時的主要護具,因此,本研究為了提高大眾使用全罩式安全帽的意願,主要針對安全帽之散熱性能進行設計與人因模擬實驗。本研究所設計之新型全罩式安全帽散熱系統結合致冷晶片技
術,以強制進氣方式為主,希望能在低車速行進狀態時,仍能使安全帽內部的保持良好的散熱對流並有效降低安全帽內部的溫度。人因模擬實驗以一般容易取得之市售全罩式安全帽做為對照組,實驗結果將以多點式溫度記錄器所記錄的安全帽內部溫度變化曲線進行分析,透過比較平均溫度曲線與二因子變異數分析,結果顯示具有新型散熱系統之實驗組在熱電隅測點T1 的位置之平均溫度,較對照
組同位置測點之平均溫度下降約攝氏13 度左右,且具有統計上之顯著水準,而在受測者主觀評量問卷的結果方面,受測者對於實驗組的溫度、透氣、除濕及整體舒適,滿意度也是優於對照組。
There are a lot of motorcycles in Taiwan. Safety of motorcycle riders is a very important issue. Although full-coverage helmets could provide the best protection for
head, but many riders are not willing to use full-coverage helmets for the reason of stuffiness. In order to prove thermal properties of full-coverage helmets, This study
designs a new type of ventilation system for the helmet. In this study, the new type of ventilation uses a thermoelectric cooling module to cool down the air flow in the helmet. Then, we use ergonomic simulation to evaluate the cooling effect of the new type of ventilation. We use a thermal meter with four thermocouples to measure the
temperature variation in the helmet. Then we compare the data of experiment group and comparison group. The variation curve of average temperature shows that T1
position temperature of experiment group is 13°C lower than T1 position temperature of comparison group. Besides, The results of Univariate Analysis of Variance also
shows a significant effect. Finally, regarding the scores of satisfaction with temperature, ventilation, sweat draining, whole comfortability in the subjective
questionnaire, the score of the experiment group is also better than the comparison group.
