本研究探討台南市震後災民心理健康、房屋購買意願之情形，及台南市震後災民心理健康對房屋購買意願之影響。主要通過收集次級資料作為問卷基礎，以問卷形式瞭解台南市震後災民之心理健康情況，房屋購買意願。歸納研究結果與建議提供房屋開發商未來之參考。

本論文分為五章:

第一章緒論共分為四節，分別為第一節-研究背景與動機；第二節-研究目的與問題；第三節-研究的範圍與限制；第四節-研究流程。

第二章文獻探討共分為三節，分別為第一節-地震及地震影響；第二節-心理健康相關定義與研究；第三節-購買意願相關定義與研究。

第三章研究設計共分為五節，分別為第一節-研究架構與假設；第二節-名詞解釋；第三節-研究物件第四節-研究工具；第五節-資料分析方法 。

第四章研究結果共分為四節，分別為第一節-基本資料分析；第二節-不同個人背景在心理健康上差異；第三節-研究架構與不同個人背景在購買意願上差異；第四節-心理健康與購買意願關係。

第五章結論與建議共分為二節，分別為第一節-結論；第二節-建議。

SUMMARY
The study is to explore the conditions of victim in mental health and intention of buying house after the earthquake in Tainan, and as well as to scrutinize how the mental health of victim affects to the intentions of buying house. By utilizing questionnaire survey, which was based on the collections of secondary data, the analytical results reveal that the examinees with well mental health possessed stronger intention of buying house, and there were significant differences between ages in the intentions of buying house; furthermore, there were positive correlations between mental health and intention of buying house. In the light of the correlations between mental health and intentions of buying house, the conclusions suggest that examinees should develop positive values and optimistic attitudes to face life as well as avoid social distress.
