在台灣就讀醫學相關科系的學生,除了在系上的大體解剖實驗外,能接觸人體大體並進行實驗的機會有限。但學生要真正學習到人體解剖學,並將之應用於未來的生活,是必須經由長時間的反覆練習才能達成的。 為此,我們開發了一套雲端互動式解剖學學習系統,利用數位學習的概念,讓學生只需要使用瀏覽器與網路就可突破時間、空間以及資源的限制利用本系統模擬大體解剖實驗的操作,進而達到更佳的學習效果。
本系統的功能可以分成兩部分;在第一部分中,我們讓老師能透過網頁出題測驗學生解剖學中各器官的名稱,學生作答時,會同時開啟作答網頁與設置在雲端伺服器上的3D醫學影像軟體3DBodyGo來呈現相對應的3D人體器官影像讓學生以最貼近實際手術時的情景來作答,進而提升學習成效。 第二部分,我們設計的即時互動系統IRS讓老師在課堂上使用3DBodyGo授課時,隨時能使用網頁編輯並發佈隨堂測驗來讓學生專注在課堂上,並了解學生們的學習成效,學生可馬上拿出手機使用瀏覽器開啟即時互動系統IRS現場作答,系統會在測驗結束後立刻統計成績並製成測驗結果報告。
我們設計讓本系統結合開發且佈署於雲端的3D醫學影像軟體3DBodyGo建構成雲端服務,不論是使用哪個版本的Windows(只要能支援遠端桌面連線) 還是macOS的使用者皆可以在不額外安裝其他任何軟體的情況下,使用瀏覽器與我們所提供的RemoteApp遠端連線檔來使用我們的雲端解剖學學習系統。
Despite of having courses of the general anatomy experiments at the medical college, students who are in the medical related departments in Taiwan have limited access to the gross anatomy [1] experiments. However, medical students must learn well the human anatomy and apply it to their future career, which usually can be achieved through a long period of repeated practice. To address this issue, we developed an interactive anatomy learning system based on a cloud service that leverages the concept of e-Learning [2] in order to enable students to use a browser and the Internet to overcome time, space and resource constraints. The functionality of the system can be divided into two parts. In the first part, teachers can create online exams to test students on the names of the organs in the anatomy through webpages. When answering the question, students are able to see the corresponding 3D organs by accessing the medical image software called 3DBodyGo developed by us and deployed in our cloud server. The displayed 3D organs can help students answer questions in the most realistic way, and thus the learning outcome is improved. We install the 3DBodyGo on our cloud server [3] and provide a corresponding RemoteDeskTop.rdp [4] file for the user to access it. Therefore, users who use Windows or macOS can all connect to our cloud server to use the 3DBodyGo. In the second part, we designed a real-time interactive system called IRS to help teachers create online quizzes, which can keep students focused during the class. The teacher can use the IRS along with the 3DBodyGo to release an online quiz and ask students to answer the name of a specific organ during a lecture. Students can then use their mobile phones to access the IRS and answer the quiz. The system can grade students’ answers immediately after the quiz and present the result of the quiz to the teacher and students.
