摘 要
本新型風扇馬達為應用在電子及資訊產品上之散熱風扇。此風扇為內轉子風扇與一般傳統習見外轉子迥然不同,該風扇馬達具有高轉矩、高效率與低噪音的優點。此風扇馬達為直流無刷馬達,主要特點為轉子是永久磁石鑲於葉片外緣成為單一結構,且四個定子繞線安裝於風扇的方框架上,直接影響為葉片長度增加,有效提昇風扇散熱效率。
本論文首先將此風扇馬達實際製作出原型機,並實測出馬達性能特性,與理論設計值做一比較驗證。此外,並進一步與市面上已量產內轉子風扇馬達作特性比較,應用電磁分析軟體ANSOFT EM比較其不同定子幾何形狀或型式,模擬分析其相對應的馬達輸出特性,整理與探討其中的差異性。
Abstract
This thesis presents a novel fan motor, which can be applied to electronic and information products as a cooling fan. Different from conventional fan motors with exterior rotors, the investigated case has a configuration of interior rotor. The advantages of such design include higher stall torque, better efficiency, and less noise. The fan motor is a DC brushless (BLDC) motor and its main feature is that the rotor permanent magnet is mounted on the outer rim of the blades so that the structure is unified. Moreover, with the four stators installed on the fan corner, the length of the blades can be increased and hence improve the cooling efficiency.
In this thesis, a prototype of the fan motor is manufactured. The performance is measured and compared to the original design. Also, simulations are conducted using ANSOFT EM module based on two types of cooling fans on the market, which are similar to the present case. A total of 4 models are investigated with the same rotor but different stators so that the performance can be analyzed and compared for design suggestions.
