Market research organization Gartner predicting more than 6.4 billion of IOT (Internet of Things) devices will be used globally by 2016, and a 30% growth than 2015. And the number is expected to explode by 2020, where the ITO market will include 20.8 THINGS. Jim Tully, vice president and distinguished analyst at Gartner pointed out: “IOT services shall be the real driving force of ITO value. And end-user organizations and services provided by manufacturers will be getting more and more attentions.” Hence, the final victory will be the ITO service providers. The research is based on extended innovation matrix and qualitative research by interviewing scholars and experts in various industrials. Through the opinions and comments of above scholars and experts: 1. The change of business model when the Internet companies entering ITO.2. What’re their main activities? 3. My research is to discover the priorities of the factors. Keywords: Internet of Thing, Business Model Canvas Innovation Matrix.
